    Misleading protection plan for business generation

    I was enrolled in two protection plans and when I placed a service call, I was informed addition charges i.e. environment charges of $258 before technician can start the diagnostics. I send the technician back and cancel the protection plan as I believe it appears EnerCare have these plans to generate business instead of servicing the customers issue. I received my bill couple weeks later for two protection plans $23.xx + $23.xx and $278 for service call and which I disputed but Enercare does not want to resolve the case and closed the case with out let me know. I have water rental heater which I will be cancelling from them and tell everyone in my circle to stay away from this company money extortion protection plans……0/10 for their services. Further I will be contacting Enbridge to report the matter to them.

    Water heater replacement

    I rent the water heater and had great service at no extra cost to me. Staff were professional and thorough it was over all a very painless experience. Excellent experience

    furnace air conditioner and duct cleaning

    Michael , Brad ,Greg and Stan all did a great job. Very happy with the service I talked to Micheal decided what I wanted and within two days had everything installed and ducts cleaned .

    Furnace regular maintenance service

    Grant Harris was the epitome of service yesterday, providing an overall inspection of our furnace and providing recommendations about many matters to improve our experience. As a service provider myself, you should be very happy to have Grant on your team! Thanks Grant, Eric

    Customer service

    Customer service has got to the most incompetent around, we moved back in February and I've been on the phone with them off and on seven, eight times talking to different people in CSR, BILLING, ACCOUNTS, supervisors trying to get our bill straighten out. Every time we thing were good they screw it up again , from changing the address back to our previous one, opening up a second account in another name for our address , to not giving us the credit that they owe us, I would advice staying away from these guys, unless you like talking on the phone and getting no where.

    Furnace/Ac Maintenance Plan

    I can not even begin to describe the problems I have had with the billing department of Enercare. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to solve problems over that last 2 years from double billing to my address and contract negotiations in which they had to pull phone records to prove I was correct over money owed too me. It took 8 months to be reimbursed the money and my story does not stop there. In my recent move to a new home they have once again double billed me. I had planned to switch companies when my contract was up but they wanted to charge me over $200 to cancel my contract with my move. I would not recommend this company to anyone, nothing by headaches!

    replace furnace, air conditioner and water heater

    the two man team removed and replaced our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. They were courteous and explained what they were doing. they left the area they worked in as clean as they originally found it.

    Service

    Enercare called to remind that they owe me a service call for my A/C and Furnace. I called them to book the appoint, which ended up being the next day. They were prompt and called ahead. The technician was excellent and very courteous.

    a/c from Enbridge/Encare

    We felt our a/c was failing to keep up to the temperature that was set and it was nearly 20 years old so when we had regular maintenance done I asked the technician on his opinion and if he could tell mechanically how it was doing and he told me same as last years technician that it is just old and lagging(My words) so we got a recomendation and had another sales tech come and explain our options, We went with the newer rent your A/C, never charges for maintenance or repair and a new one again years from now..

    NEVER GO WITH ENERCARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Was a nightmare in every aspect. Don't involve yourself with this company at all. Hello. I became am Enercare customer in 2016 and it has been one of the worst decisions in my life. I paid for a new boiler, the installers were rude, there were technical mistakes made, it even took me 7 months to get the right thermostat. I had to wait home several times as some of your techs did not know how to fix the issue. I have cancelled a previous maintenance program for my AC/ Heating and I told i would be billed for it. After spending nearly 2-3 hours on the phone, trying to rectify this issue, I received a call today saying it was time for me maintain my AC. WTF? The reason i cancelled my AC plan was I was told I could only have mainatonce at the end of the summer for my AC, who would want it at the of the summer. i want my maintenance at the beginning of the summer to ensure i have have best service in the summer months. At any case, i have cancelled my service, i should not be reciving phone calls for it? As per heating mintaince I have a plan that i got when i purchased the new boiler. Everytime i need to call your customer service, they insist that I have a furnace and not a boiler. WTF? My hot water heater stopped working several times, your service techs blamed it on my electricity we had it tested and it was not the issue. The issue has been resolved but I need to stay home and on the phone for a collective of 20+ hours to get this waterheater working. All in all I have spent close to 100 hours waiting and on the phone trying to organize the chaos within your corporation within the last year. I need a SENIOR MEMEMBER OF YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM to look at the whole picture and help me. Because it is one issue after the other. Please ask someone to call me. A senior person please. Please also send this to your Senior manager at your head office. Thank you!!
