checking furnace and heater for water damage

Shawn arrived on time and checked the furnace and water boiler for water damage. He also called in advance (which the previous person had not done.) He found that there was no damage. He clarified my doubts about the level of flooding and degrees of damage. I have peace of mind after Shawn's visit.

    rental water heater repair

My 12 years old ental water heater stop working and I got same day service and fixed by a technician pretty fast. Took some time waiting to contact the custom service department and book an appointment otherwise it would be great. I was told to wait till the 15 years contact expired before I can replace it with a new one or it will cost a lot more.

    Trying to set up service

Called to set up a rental at my new home. Instead their Columbian call staff thought I wanted repair service. After explaining again and spending 15 minutes providing my contact info, the agent then said that he couldn't process a move and I would have to call back. Called back and provided my case # and was left on hold for 7 minutes so she could read my profile. She then needed my e-mail address again. Provided it 4 times and she still kept adding extra letters so I didn't receive it. HORRIBLE service and my rental still isn't set up. Not happy that I have no choice in dealing with this company.

    Billing dispute

I have been with Enercare for a long time even with bad customer service. we had an issue with the faucet in the kitchen . We were not informed by the rep who was in my home to inspect the pipe which was leaking. He asked us to buy the parts and call enercare to get it fixed. He did not mention anything about the labor charges. As we had a contract with enercare we thought the labor charges were free. Enercare should have sent an estimate at least through email. We as customers were not told anything about the charges. If we had known before we would have called a different plumber after a shop around. when i saw the bill and called customer service except one rep disconnected the call. I spoke to a TM who was very rude and arrogant which made me more upset. I asked for her TM.she said she cannot transfer as she has no managers above her which made me more upset. customer service is worst no more words to describe. i wanted to cancel immediately but she said i have to pay a contract fees if I cancel. I will call back to cancel once my contract is done. I will never deal with them in future after my cancellation next year. customers beware of enercare .

    Not a honest company

I have to pay the service for a rental water heater. If I rent a house and natural flooding from rain and poor city water management happens who has to fix it? If this water heater was my property to fire it up would cost no more than $50. I was also never advised there would be a fee for this repair on a rental unit when I booked the appointment. Enercare invoice change me for possibly water level closed blocked air intake. We have some water on our basement but it isnt close to the water heater. We have pay a service on rentas for possibly?

    Customer service

The worst possible service ever. If anyone is contemplating home services, please use any other firm but this. Enercare is the absolute worst

Worst customer service, error billing, incompetence galore

Last year, I got billed in error for $400 that took me about 6 months to get reversed after many calls to customer service. Last month, I got charged upfront for a protection plan that is supposed to be paid monthly. Now trying to deal with that, but have been getting multiple calls from Enercare in the interim notifying me that I have balance owing. Worst company to deal with.

    Rental Policies

I currently rent my AC unit from Enercare and have been trying to get the unit serviced for weeks. They take so long to schedule a service technician - 2 weeks or more - and the unit has not been working for a month now. Still paying a rental fee, though. Also, their customer service department is unorganized and offers so little support or information. If I was ever asked to provide a recommendation, it would not be a positive one. Right now I'm trying to understand how renting is a benefit if it takes them over a month to service their equipment.
