    Water Heater Service

    I was very happy with my service. This morning I even filled out a compliment form on your web site. I had a water heater leak and called at approximately 945pm on Tuesday evening. I expected to get the answering service but I got an actual live person. He was super friendly and set up an appointment for me the next day. The tech showed up on time and was very professional, fast, and friendly. He even answered all my numerous annoying questions while he was working. This is the first time I have ever had to call your customer service and overall it was a great experience. I expected to have to wait for several days, but it was fast and covered by the warranty.     Your technician arrived earlier than expected, politely introduced himself, was very careful and, most importantly, took the time to explain, in layman's terms, all of the checks that he was making. We felt reassured that what we had perceived as being a problem situation, in fact, was not. You have a gem there, so you might want to consider him for possible advancement in a client relations training capacity. He's a natural. Please place a copy of this on his personnel file, with his knowledge.

    I am not sure what experience you are referring to, I have had contact with 3 persons in the past 24 hours: My first contact was with a lady by telephone dealing with contracts the second was with a repair man in my home and the third was with a salesman in my home. They all represented their company very well and I would recommend all of them. they were courteous professional and knew their products extremely well.

    Water Heater Service

    I called due to having no hot water. The secretary Ann Marie was extremely helpful and friendly and assured me it would be taken care of that same evening. Jason arrived and explained the problem to me and took care of it in an extremely efficient and professional manner within 45 minutes I had hot water again. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient care of your customers.

    When I called to make the appointment, I was greeted professionally and courteously. Your office set up the appointment at a reasonable time for me and the technician arrived on time as anticipated. The service technician Victor Alladin, was outstanding in our view, he was friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and approachable, and in our view portrayed a company that really appeared to care about their customers.

    The timely response by Greg to get the problem and get my system up and running. After Greg and his manager ascertained that the replacement blower motor was defective, they then proceeded to take that one out and installed another new one and then I was back in business. A big thanks to Greg and the staff at Enercare. Covered by protection plan

    Friendly and personable person when I first called about my problem. She ensured a technician would come as soon as possible. Very helpful and personable technical person who came out and he explained clearly what the problem was and of course fixed it in not too long a time. I felt very confident with his service.
