Chad who sold us the furnace was very knowledgeable and friendly. He put us at ease about the decision and we never felt pressure. When we had the furnace installed the 3 workmen who came out were skilled and professional. They were respectful of our time and not making too much noise. When the gentleman came to install the thermostat it hadn't arrived yet due to a mixup and Chad arranged to have a supervisor come out that night to install the thermostat. The entire experience was seamless and the service from Chad, to the installers to the supervisor far exceeded our expectations. Thank you. all for a job expertly done.

The maintenance person was extremely friendly and advised of several things that I was doing correctly already and gave me a couple of tips to help keep the furnace running great. You have a great service person and he should be commended for his efforts.

Service person that came to the house was prompt and polite and diagnosed the problem, ordered a part. I was called the next day informing me the part was in and a service call was arranged at my convenience

The telephone operator was very helpful in getting a service technician to our house on the same day notwithstanding it was a very busy service day....and the technician was efficient, courteous, and very helpful, giving us a few suggestions that would enhance the furnace operation.

The gentleman from Direct Energy named Lennox and his colleague Andy did an amazing job with the hot water replacement and they were very informative indeed. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had a problem, called Direct Energy, and received an appointment for the same day - the service technician called and arranged to come early that day and resolved the problem quickly.

I really appreciated the ideas he gave me on turning up my heat and closing a register in order to get more heat. I was very appreciative of that. Thank you.

I found Hayden to be a very good example of the kind of service people you would expect to come to your home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and clear on how to solve the problem. He covered his shoes to protect my floors and took the time to explain everything to me. When I realized he was a former hockey player (as I am an avid fan of the sport) it was a very pleasant visit. Keep up the good work!

Efficient, friendly service rep on phone technician arrived when expected, he was professional, thoughtful, paid close attention to details, problem solved, repaired the furnace very grateful that he took time to track down what turned out to be a gas leak that had been going on since original furnace installation (not by DE), alerted me to it, showed me what had been happening and how he corrected it. This had been missed by every other service technician .

Every time we were in need to have a heating or cooling problem solved, your Direct Energy representatives always gave precise recommendations or solutions to the problems. Thank you again
