    Kitchen Plumbing

    Direct energy plumbing protection plan paid off more than what I would have contributed in more than a year. I had kitchen sink broken pipes. Technician fixed the problem in no time. The regular plumber could have taken lot more time and probably more money. I think it was worth having such a plan. I am thinking of getting similar plan for my furnace.

    Very efficient and time conscious. They arrived at the time they said they were going to, called before they got here, cleaned up before they left and answered all my questions.

    Furnace replacement

    Our old furnace was red tagged and shut off on Feb.2,the day of the snowstorm. As our house is old with not much insulation we were freezing within a couple of hours and we were quickly provided with temp. space heaters. It wasn't worth replacing the heat exchanger so we purchased a new high efficiency furnace which was installed the next morning. The techs who came and did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly,courteous, and incredibly hard working! Within 2 hrs of their arrival our old furnace had been removed and the new one installed. I'm so pleased with the customer service which has vastly improved in the last few years.

    new furnace

    The service rep Larry who was first on the scene to check out the furnace problem on a Saturday evening was fantastic. We had already made the recent decision to replace the furnace and had made an appointment for the Tuesday to speak with Kalvin about replacing the furnace, when Larry determined the furnace was not safe a call went out to Kalvin who was at our door Sunday morning at 9:00am.We sat down worked out the details of the new furnace and the next day the furnace was installed by two young men who were very professional clean and tidy. When they left you would not know they had been there. With in an hour Kalvin was at our door to follow up with us to insure our satisfaction and to pickup the heaters that Larry left for us to use. Job well done. I have already discussed our experience with others and will continue to do so.

    Furnace Service

    I have a total home protection plan. Furnace service calls are covered under the plan. When we woke up in a cold house, we called and a technician arrived within a few hours. The technician was amazing - professional, informative - he gave us advice, recommendations, tips and instruction far beyond what others have done in the past. True customer service and care.

    Water Heater Install

    Its so nice to talk to people who are so nice and knowledgeable. l explain to the gentleman l was deaf and hard of hearing he was really patient with me. Thank you.

    Called Saturday evening, and the appointment was set for next day, the technician came and fixed problem even though it was working again he still knew there was a problem and fixed it.

    Furnace (bought) & Hot Water Tank (rental) installations

    We bought our furnace from your company on January 9 2015 and the installers were very courteous, very professional and very efficient(Amerigo and another gentleman). They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old furnace. Our new Carrier furnace is working perfectly, it is heating up faster and is warmer than our old furnace. On January 14, 2015 we had our rental hot water tank changed. The installers (Rick - the supervisor and Brandon - his assistant) were also very courteous, very professional and very efficient. They also took with them the old tank and cleaned up, did not leave any debris or garbage behind. Our new rental GSW hot water heater tank looks beautiful, heats water up faster than the old tank. We are very satisfied with both furnace and hot water heater tank so far and hope things remain perfect!

    2 furnace repairs

    This review is for 2 service calls I had with direct energy. First was to replace a part on my furnace. Called and they were there within 4 hr's and fixed the issue (main board) Second call was last week and my furnace was making a burning smell. Tech can next day ( a bit long for liking, having two small children ) be either way was the only appointment they had. Tech came and found no issue, but spent about 2 hr's looking, dismantling and testing everything. Great job and great service.

    furance repair

    Direct Energy delivers honest & timely service....they came to my home same day to fix my furnace when I had no heat. My home was less the 18 months old, the builder's furnace company, that warranty's the furnace, the told me it wasn't covered. We had add ons to our furnace, which were professionally done, AC and humidifier. There with no heat, on a cold day, I remember Direct Energy from my previous homes. They provided great service in the past and delivered it that day too. I only recommend companies that are worthy of it...they are quite worthy!
