You provided prompt service ( within a few hours of calling you had someone here to look at it). The next day you were able to install a new one. Since it was the holidays we found this particularly impressive. The people that came were friendly and polite. Thank you!

The Service man was prompt and courteous. He saw the problem straight away and dealt with it in a timely manner. He explained everything to us. He installed a new thermostat and gave us a run-down on it's usage and left the written users guide.

I was very impressed with the fact that the technician arrived in the time period agreed upon and that when he arrived he removed his boots before entering the house. He was courteous and took time to answer my questions regarding the operation of my furnace. I felt he was experienced and knew what he was talking about. He gave me some useful hints re. maintaining the temperature in my home and in using the humidifier attached to the furnace ducts. He treated me with respect and treated my questions the same way. I was most impressed.

When I called to say my furnace wasn't working, I had service call the same day, no waiting. A part had to be ordered but the technician was able to get my furnace up and running right away and the part came in the next day and the technician was here promptly the next day to install it. I was very happy with the service.
