Peter and his assistant were very diligent in installing our hot water heater. They left everything tidy, was very respectful of our property and explained how to set the temperature.

The job was to change my current water heater tank to a tankless. The salesman gave me the options based on an examination of the house. Then a gentleman came to do a pre-inspection. The actual installation time changed several times the day before and the day of. When they did come, the installers were clean and did a good job. Overall good experience.

Recently I received a reminder letter that annual maintenance was due on my AC unit. The letter stated I could schedule this online, which I did, very quickly and easily and received an appointment for the next day. Since we had purchased our furnace at the same time I called to inquire about setting up the annual maintenance for that as well and this too was done quickly and easily and scheduled for the next day. The service person who attended my home was professional, courteous and friendly. Overall a very positive experience, however, as we have used Direct Energy for quite a number of years this was not a surprise.

The technician made sure that everything was well done before he logged off. I was very satisfied with all he did, his behaviour and his knowledge. Thank you for great service.

Totally impressed with your team, the service men Alex and Matt who installed our furnace and A/C had to work around all sorts of obstacles but did it without complaining and did a fantastic job. The follow up with the duct cleaning was also very well done, the operator was clean and respectful of our property, and even took off a door so it would not get damaged by the large hose. Job well done.
