Recently I received a reminder letter that annual maintenance was due on my AC unit. The letter stated I could schedule this online, which I did, very quickly and easily and received an appointment for the next day.
Since we had purchased our furnace at the same time I called to inquire about setting up the annual maintenance for that as well and this too was done quickly and easily and scheduled for the next day.
The service person who attended my home was professional, courteous and friendly. Overall a very positive experience, however, as we have used Direct Energy for quite a number of years this was not a surprise.
