    Your rep was very friendly and worked fast and left every thing clean. Even offered suggestions on having a new furnace and why. Even connecting me with someone who can give me more details.

    As always Direct energy service was excellent. Your people are always quick efficient and courteous. That is one of the main reasons I would never switch my service provider. Thank to everyone.

    FURNACE CALL

    We were very pleased with the service man, he listened to our problems and spent a lot of time working on the furnace and we are very pleased with the results. He is an outstanding service man and should be commended.

    The technician was very detailed when cleaning my fireplace. He took extra care and time to clean the glass window which is still quite foggy but still better than it was.

    THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT AND TOOK HIS TIME WITH THE HOME OWNER. SHE IS ELDERLY AND NOT COMPUTER SAVVY AND COULD NOT SIGN THE SCREEN, HE ENLARGED IT FOR HER. HE ALSO COMPLIMENTED HER ON HER ARTWORK.

    Promotional Plan Sales

    The salesperson, Hailey (am not sure whether I got the name right, but the call was made early evening of Feb 27th), was very helpful, very informative and seemed to know all the products she was talking about. She was also very courteous, making sure she replied to all my queries. Very, very friendly to talk to. Direct Energy should have people like her on the phone, instead of those who pressures customers.

    ProtPlan Sales

    I spoke with a nice woman called Roxanne about an appointment we missed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Please pass this on to who takes care of your phone customer service, because she made the experience enjoyable. She was pleasant and knew about the product she was selling. I am in the same line of work and I found she treated me the way I would treat one of my customers.

    1st experience with Direct Energy.. maintenance plans are excellent, customer service on the phone was excellent and the service man who attended was a super nice guy who also gave excellent service.. overall 1st experience was definitely 1st rate

    The gentleman who came to see me was very polite. Even if I had a SILLY question, he thoroughly explained the answer in a friendly and professional manner. He is certainly a gentleman who is knowledgeable and one who Direct Energy should be proud to have him as an employee.
