    Basement reno

    Pilot light fixed on water tank in the midst of basement reno in timely & courteous manner. Tecnician gave reasons & suggestions to ensure hot water is available. Great experience!

    Plumbing repair

    I called to book a plumbing appointment with Enercare and was given a time and date only a couple of days away. Perfect! It was a Sunday - the Enercare technician, Donato, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained the issue as best I could - Donato quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, informed me of potential next steps - situation fixed! Donato was so professional, friendly and informative. I so much appreciated that he was able to rectify the issue so quickly and it was Easter Sunday! Thank you, Donato for a job well done - you made my day!!

    Serviceless

    Our rented HW tank died the Thursday of Labour Day weekend. We were promised same-day service, but repeated calls left us with no hot water for over two weeks. Despite repeated calls, nobody seemed to know what was going on: was our problem logged? Don't know. When would somebody arrive? Don't know. Could we call someone else? Don't know. Customer care is certainly not their forte.

    Gas Furnace repair

    After 4 months of spotty repair by an independent contractor, a lot of cold down time and costly, I gave up. I contacted Enercare for service. I have a rented water heater from Enercare for 40 years and have had little to no problems with it. Enercare came to service my furnance and identified the mysterious problem and fixed in within a couple of days. I have not had a problem with it since. I highly recommend their service.

    Install new furnace, air conditioner, water heater

    Waheem, our installer was superb! Highly knowledgeable, skilled and customer-focused. He was meticulous in every aspect, from pre-installation assessment, through installation, clean-up and follow-up with us to be sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. Waheem represents the best of what Enercare stands for - caring for customers and their energy needs. Waheen is delightful to work with, patient with all questions, and a highly professional member of the Enercare team.     Prompt and effiecient

    We have a contract plan with Enercare. I would suggest from past experience that you ask for an Enercare technician not someone who they contract out to. We have had issue in the past and we now make sure the person is an Enercare employee. It makes all the difference in the world.

    Installation of Water Heater and Piping

    When I first called, I was worried and found someone that cared and was knowledgeable, she had to transfer me to another department which took time, that was a little long but understandable. All my information was asked and repeated and understood, I was given information pertaining the choices of appointment times and what to do to prepare for the crew's arrival. These gentlemen were careful and professional, they covered the floors of the area to be worked in as well as help me cover the furniture so as to not get them dusty. They gave me choices and options as to the work to be done according to my situation. If there is but one thing to question is that although they were careful, they did not seem to have tarps or a vaccuum. They did ask if I had these items in order to help me with them. Greatly appreciated.

    Heating Air Conditioning

    I installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Apparently, I am renting to own these two items. I wish I never changed! So many concerns! I have had 3 separate service people come as I have had no heat on my second floor! Last person told me to buy base heaters!!! Which I did because I have elderly ppl, children and fur babies in my house. My air quality now is awful. I do not even know if this system was installed correctly. I have called them several times, told I need to buy machinery! Joke! I can’t pay for something that isn’t working properly! I am extremely disappointed!! Enercare does NOT care!

    Annual Maintenance Program

    Great service was provided - from booking of appt to completion of service - process was seamless and efficient. Good suggestions were made complete information was provided on additional services available.

    Excellent service

    We had an issue with the hot water tank. I called Enercare, booked a same-day appointment and Bryan, the service technician, showed up within the timeframe given on the phone. The technician showed me what the issue was and everything was done in half an hour.
