    Roof reshingled

    The team from Don Mills Roofing arrived before their appointed time and sat patiently until it hit 7:30 a.m. Then it was all hands on deck as the four-person crew got to work stripping off the old shingles and putting on the new ones. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. We found a few old roofing nails on the back patio, but that's to be expected because of the sheer number of them. You're going to miss a few! The new shingles look great and we're very happy. Bring on the rain and snow! I would recommend Don Mills Roofing in a heartbeat.

    Removed and replaced shingles from house and carport. Removed and re-installed skylights over carport. Installed 1/2 plywood over and complete house and carport. Installed new synthetic paper over all house and carport. Replaced, vents, etc.

    John and his team carried out the project in a very professional manner. Fast, clean and seamless. The roof has never looked this neat in the 45 years we have lived in the house. Highly recommended.

    New shingles

    The crew was right on time. They were friendly and worked efficiently until the job was complete. The clean up was awesome.

    New roofing

    John was helpful from the beginning of our search for a new roof. He responded to our request for a quote within the day, provided a clear and reasonable quote and answered our questions concisely. When we had a debate about the final colour he provided pros and cons for each one and offered locations to view them in place. Install day arrived bright and early and work started right away. When the crew left at the end of the day all was spic and span. Job was finished the next day and again all was left very clean. We were very pleased with the process and are very pleased with the results. Thank you to John and his crew.

    reshingled the whole roof of my house

    They quoted a fair average price; came to work on time, and continued daily until it was completed. Small change request was accommodated without any fuss. Good cleanup afterwards. Very pleased with the result

    New roof on a 1950s detached house.

    John the owner of Don Mills Roofing is straightforward, honest and friendly. He gives his advice and he does not try to sell what is not needed. He is willing to any extras if wanted. His crew is friendly and efficient. They work well together as a team. You feel confident that they are experienced and skilled at their work. After the work is completed they do a complete clean-up. It has been two years and we have had no problems.

    Eaves cleaning / repair of downspouts

    We have had very positive experiences with Don Mills Roofing over the past decade from the installation of a new roof to the replacement of our roof vents, and the cleaning of our eaves with repairs to the downspouts. The owner, John, responds promptly to requests for service, and never attempts to upsell the job - always offering reasonable solutions to roofing problems caused by extreme weather (heavy snowfall or rainfalls). I would definitely recommend Don Mills Roofing for any roofing needs!

    Roofing

    This was the second time that we have used Don Mills Roofing. The service was excellent, the crew was great and everything was done efficiently and on time. Clean up was amazing.
