    Complete replacement underground drains

    We were pleased the costs were significantly lower than estimates obtained from the competition. The whole job was completed by the end of the day following our call. We no longer have to worry about our house drain being blocked with tree roots. Our contact Jeremy Harris was exceptionally helpful and scoped the city drain for us to show us we need to get the city to clear that as well.

    Severely Obstructed Drain

    We have avoided fixing this for as long as we could. We had a bad cost and service experience with another service company and I did web based research this time before calling DrainWorks. The almost too good to be true stories on the web site turned out to be accurate. The appointment time for 0900 was confirmed the nite before. I though RIGHT????? Well, Matt was unloading the truck at 0900. I had so little faith to begin with! That changed almost immediately. He wore Booties over his work shoes and when bringing in the wheeled auger the auger wheels got booties. To begin with, the cleanout is in a finished area. Matt worked without leaving any mess. Matt confirmed the structural condition of the system to town service with the camera! The completely obstructed kitchen branch was cleared and I SAW MYSELF that all the obstruction was gone. Matt used the camera because we wanted a full check. My wife was used to cleaning up after service personnel. This was not necessary once Matt completed the job. He did his own cleaning. We recommend DrainWorks for any such plumbing. We will highkly recommend Drainworks to our family and friends.

    Late night drain cleaning

    Bathroom sink was slow draining for months and then finally just blocked right up. Tried to snake it out myself but just couldn't get to the block. Found Drainworks through a Google search. Watched the Youtube video. Decided to take a shot. Called up around 930 pm last night. Asked for an 830 am slot. The booked me in for Saturday morning which I was cool with. Then they called tonight and said they could send someone out tonight if we wanted. Said "sure - why not." Jeremy came over. Super polite. Handed me his business card before coming in the door. Clean cut. Very professional. Puts on those little red slip ons. I describe the situation. He treats my like an adult who more or less knows what I am talking about. And gets right to it. He snaked 14 feet of pipe. My little amateur snake is only 10 feet long. And I was only able to get the snake 5 feet into the drain. Sure enough the block is a wad of hair the side of your hand. Very disgusting. As he filled the sink to test things out he carefully cleaned up everything and wiped down all the walls under the sink and then cleaned the sink. Now the drain works super well. I am a happy camper.

    clog of the decade !

    thanks for coming over so late at night with little notice. jeremy worked solidly for over an hour . he was determined to finish no matter how ugly and hard the job was. we are very appreciative and would highly recommend drainworks. it actually feels good when you get such great service nowadays. peter b.......

    Kitchen sink snaking

    After trying to fix a kitchen sink back-up ourselves to no avail, we called DrainWorks. Jeremy was the technician who came, and he was great. Courteous, efficient, and tidy, he took care of our problem, and even fixed up a few minor leaks on top of it all. While we would have hoped not to have any plumbing problems, the service we received was excellent. If we ever run into plumbing issues, we're definitely going to call DrainWorks again.

    Replacing pipes

    We had a plumbing disaster right before going on vacation. Armando and crew arrived and took care of replacing pipe on a rush job. They were all courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.

    Replace Bottom of Plumbing Stack+Investigation

    Armando, Frank, Mike and crew provided professional, clean, timely and courteous work of excellent quality. Everyone took the time to fully inform us of what was going on throughout the process. After loosing trust in contractors through a home renovation, it was great to learn that are companies that take pride in providing quality work with a customer-service focus. We were also pleased to learn they donate a percentage of earnings from drain replacements to the Sick Kids Foundation. We will soon be lining up our next plumbing job with DrainWorks. Best-

    Camera Inspection of Sanitary Line

    Suspecting we may have a roots in drains issue due to a very old large tree at the front of our house, I called DrainWorks after a basic google search to request a camera inspection. William responded to my inquiries in clear and professional and within the hour, Jeremy, one of their technicians, was at my home to check if there was a problem or not. Jeremy was incredibly professional and friendly and provided us with reasonable and understandable explanations and options of where to go from here. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from start to finish and would have no hesitation in using Drainworks in the future and/or recommending them.

    Plugged drain

    Armando was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job at explaining the problem and provided several options to resolve it. I was really happy with the service level. It was quite messy and he did a great job of tidying up. I would highly recommend him.

    New kitchen sink, faucet and water filter connection

    I choose Drainworks based on the reviews I read on HomeStars. I am overall very satisfied with the company. Philip was great! He was on time, methodical in his assessment of the work to be done and left the place clean. The job was very well done, but not cheap! The cost listed is for 3 hours of labour and a few small parts.

This is highly advantageous to you because we send a plumber with 25 years of experience fully equipped to your home with the capabilities to complete the same job quicker and for less; which means he takes up less of your time as well. It would take a less efficient company longer and end up costing you more. Hope we have shed some light on this aspect for you.
