    Bathroom sink was clogged and needed to be unclogged.

    Yes, Armando and Eric did a fine job unclogging our sink with an electronic snake. Armando also mentioned that the outside trap (located on our lawn)looked very old and probably would need replacing with two new traps, one for our property and one accessing the city property. This is a preventative measure to ensure no back log of waste gets into our basement, where there is furniture and t.v. I appreciated the flag and will call in the future to have it replaced by them.

    Replacement of drain pipes

    My wife and I live in East York, in an older house. The toilet in the guest bathroom backed up in to the bathtub. I called DrainWorks and scheduled an appointment the same day. Armando and another technican arrived and quickly figured out what the problem was: roots in the drain system and cracked pipes. Armando used the drain camera to show me exactly where the problems lay. He explained what my options were and the cost for each one. I didn't feel any pressure to get work done. I opted to have the external pipes replaced, a really big job. Walter was responsible for the digging and laying of the pipes. Walter and his crew arrived on time each day and got the entire job done in two days. They were really hard-working and did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard after they had finished. When the whole job was finished, Armando came back to check the work, using the drain camera to check our entire drain system. He also helped me to complete paperwork to apply for a $2000 grant from the city of Toronto. I would strongly recommend DrainWorks to anyone who has a plumbing problem, either big or small.     Replacing underground drain pipes in bathroom and backyard

    After dealing with a competitor of DrainWorks called Brothers...don't every use them!!! It was a pleasure to contact DrainWorks. From the getgo they did what they needed to do, nailed the problem and fixed it. It was quite a costly job for us as semi retirees, but they offered a full warranty for their work and seemed to understand high cost and inconvenience to us and did their best to allay any fears. Nice group of guys to work with and exceptionally thoughtful in their workmanship and the cleanup. Highly recommend them.

    Complete pipe replacement (interior / exterior)

    Simply put, these guys "get it". From customer service, to advice, to getting the job done quick, clean and right. We had a disastrous situation on our hands with sewage backing up into our basement due to tree roots in our pipes. We had to replace about 40-60 feet of pipe both interior and exterior. From the moment we spoke to William on the phone to the initial visit from Matt, we were treated like VIP's. Matt clearly laid out what we had to do to fix the problem and provided us with a contract explaining everything. Once the job began Mike and his team made sure to keep us up-to-date on the progress of the job. I would also like to thank Naz and his crew for working so hard and keeping the rest of the place clean during the process. Their tireless efforts made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. We are now back in our house and everything is functioning perfectly. I would highly recommend DrainWorks because of their customer service first attitude, their workmanship, and their professionalism.

    backed up drain

    Lou was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it for us in a quick and efficient manner. Lou and all members of DrainWorks are gracious and extremely knowledgable - We would recommend them without reservation.

    Cleared blocked drain

    Mathew was the technician from Drainworks. He immediately identified the problem, clearly explained the options I had to fix the problem, and once I had made my decision, very efficiently rectified the situation. He carefully explained the steps he took, and then provided me with a comprehensive recommendation as to further steps that might have to be taken in the future. He was extremely courteous, very professional and as a result, I gained an invaluable education as to the problem with blocked drains. I have decided to proceed with some further work to be done by Drainworks. I would highly recommed this company.

    Repair to toilet

    Due to moisture in the marble floor, I suspected my toilet was leaking, but I wasn't 100% sure. Scheduling the appoinment was a breeze, and Chris was here the next day. He quickly found the problem and was able to fix it. He was very professional & tidy and provided me with a detailed invoice at the end. It's hard to know who you can trust these days...I now trust DrainWorks and will call them again if the need arises.

    blockage in bathroom sink , fixed

    Armando arrived very quickly, and was able to locate the problem with the blocked sink, he was able to clear it and also helped with a problem with the slow flushing toilet, he was very professional and helpful . We have always been impressed with the service we receive from DrainWorks and feel we can call them anytime.

    Replacement of main drains outside the house

    We called Drainworks from the yellow pages, not sure of what to expect. They were our 2nd opinion for our drains. Matt... arrived on time, was professional, informed and explained all that he found. The booking was made for his team to replace the drains, they were punctual, met the timelines and the clean up was excellent. We are very happy with the experience.

    Replacing line of pipes from house to city

    Mike Dunn, Misha and his crew knew exactly where the problem was beforehand and with the video camera inserted through the pipes, it was so confirmed. The crew was professional, polite and hardworking. They cleaned completely afterwards. We would highly recommend drainworks to anyone including my friends. Simon S. and Jeni Goldstein
