    replaced main drain

    Having completed several renovations and required many tradesmen it was truly a pleasure dealing with the staff at drainworks. I had a total of six different people on site at different times, they were all helpful and all showed up exactly when they said they would. To the minute. If they had electricians, carpenters, etc. I would use those too. Thanks

    replace old clay u trap, clean drain pipe on property, arrange for city inspection

    Identified problems quickly, got me going in the interim, came back to start the permanent fix and finish the work quickly, Performed thorough inspection of the drain pipe system, and explained where potential problems may be, but did not push the issue.

    unblock the clogged drain

    Jeromy was great and also I want to mention Williams (dispatcher), he was great, very proffesional too. Before calling your company we did call another company but the dispatcher there was so rude, she was probably unhappy to be working on Sunday. Thank you guys and Merry Christmas !!!

    Clogged Drain

    I had a clogged laundry drain I couldn't fix myself. I called Drainworks and they were able to send someone in an hour. Armando and Eric were able to fix the problem and even cleaned the basement floor after they were done even though I told them it wasn't necessary. They were very friendly and I really appreciated the detailed description of what was done on the invoice. Great service, I would definitely recommend them in future.

    clogged bath tub drain

    My bath tub was not draining properly which caused my sink to back up. I was concerned the old piping would need replacing. I wanted to make sure that I had the work done by a company I could trust. drain Works does not work on commision therefore I need I wouldn't be upsold. I was very pleased with jeremy's professionalism and service. My tub and sink are back in working order and for a responable cost.

    Cleared drain on a very snowy afternoon

    Jeremy Harris was very prompt, courteous and tidy. Great job. Difficult weather. He explained the problem, got right to work, and suggested what we should do to avoid the same situation in the future.

    Kitchen sink and dishwasher drains backed up

    Our kitchen and dishwasher drains backed up last night just before dinner. We called Drainworks around 6:30 pm. Jeremy Harris got there about 10 pm. He ran the snake, cleard the block, cleaned up and was gone before 11 pm. Whew! - Paul

    Replace laundry tub, replace shutoff valves & trap

    We had a patchwork of plumbing around our laundry tub. There were 4 leaking shutoffs, plus a corroded and leaking pipe leading to the trap under the tub. I called William at Drainworks Plumbing. He was very courteous and knowledgable, arranging to have someone come in and assess the area. Steve arrived right on time,advised us of the final cost and did a wonderful job. The plumbing is now very neat and leak free.Steve recommended that we have the drain snaked as tub drainage was slow. Please see our review of Drainworks Drain Repair for the result. We could not ask for more courteous and helpful repair persons. Even though we were spending money where we would rather not, Drainworks made it all feel better. Ray & Gail Scarborough

    Shower Stall Drain Problem

    Our shower stall was sluggish and backing up. You don't need that first thing in the morning... Called Drainworks thinking that it would take days to get someone.... Mike showed up covered his work boot with CSI like booties an proceeded to do his work. That afternoon it was fixed. And we can carry on.

    Clogged Toilet Drain

    I called Drain Works on Saturday evening when I was unable to fix my clogged toilet drain myself. I was able to get an appointment at my convenience on Sunday afternoon. The problem was fixed in about 90 minutes and Jeremy was very professional. The total cost was $300 which seemed okay but I do not have anything to use as a comparison. I would certainly call them again in the future.

The blockage was further within the drain line, so the toilet had to be removed and a special mechanical device was needed to reach and unclog the area. Once things were flowing DrainWorks reinstalled the toilet with the necessary parts. Jeremy, our DrainWorks technician was able to assess and repair the situation for you professionally and efficiently. We understand that you do not have many service experiences to compare DrainWorks’ to, but we feel secure in letting you know that by industry standards the price you paid was more than reasonable for the job you required.
