    Sewer Back-up, replacement of drain

    I moved in my new home and 6 weeks later, I had a sewer back up only to find out that all drains inside the house had to be replaced up to the city line. Drainworks Plumbing was by far the most professional and knowled-geable. Their service is OUTSTANDING! Their plumbers were very conscientious and made sure that even though they had to dig in one room (instead of all three) in the basement, they left it in amazingly clean considering the work they had to do. Thanks a million to Mike and Eric! It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. Sincerely, Linda Dallaire

    Shower drain blocked

    DrainWorks will be the only drain and plumbing specialists I will use in future. From the moment I called, service was professional, courteous, completely upfront in terms of costs to be incurred and time required to complete the job. Jeremy Harris, the certified technician, was a real professional. He arrived on-time, placed shoe covers on his shoes to protect my floors, explained exactly what needed to be done and ways in which to avoid this situation from occuring again. He quoted the price of the job as soon as he assessed the job (the price-range was also quoted during my initial phone call). There was virtually no clean-up and, thankfully, he did not try to pressure us into buying products or services we didn't need. No wonder this biz has won the Consumer's Choice award for 7 years straight.

    Clogged pipe and pipe damage from tree roots

    A friend recommended Drainworks and I am so glad. I had a representative there 30 minutes before the planned appointment. I am used to late arrivals by other companies. Mathew Achcinski was very knowledgeable, professional and got to the root of my problem...tree roots. Drainworks were back within days, replaced the pipe and did a great job. When Matthew came back for the followup he thoroughly explained all the work that had been done and offered to check other things to make sure all pipes were clear. I will only use Drainworks in the future. Thank you Matthew and Drainworks!

    Basement Floor Drain, General inspection

    This is the second time I have used Drainworks and these people are extremely, competent, knowledgeable helpful and personable. They listen and solve problems effectively. I recommend them highly. Their pre-work consultation and post work inspection process is an invaluable service!

    Replace drains in basement& upgrade water line

    Thank you Drainworks! This is an extremely professional company. Mike and Eric were the best - explaining everything thoroughly throughout the project. Some issues arose with the water line upgrade due to problems on the city side, but Mike put me at ease and solved the problem quickly and seemlessly. Not only are they good at the work, but they are exceptional problem solvers. What a relief that was! The city upgraded their side of the water line after Drainworks completed their work. We knew that would mean another trip from Drainworks a couple of weeks after the initial work was done. True to their word, I gave them a days notice and Micha was here. You don't get that kind of service everywhere! Micha and Stephan were exceptional drain replacement specialists. Not only are they extremely competent at drain replacement & water line upgrades, but they cleaned up better than I've ever seen before. What a treat! This company was referred to me by one of my neighbours. No wonder! I've already referred Drainworks to a friend of mine! Thanks for everything!

    Basement Floor Drain Plugged

    We were very pleased with the prompt service received at a very desperate situation we did not know who to call, but when we called Drain Works on a Sat. aft. it was so good to speak to a human voice and not to an answering machine.-Many thanks to Mathew Achcinski, we appreciated the service that you gave us.We will call you again for any future plumbing needs.

    Toilet backing up

    We were very pleased with the service provided by Lou Spada in regards to a blockage in our toilet. He was professional, punctual, polite and extremely clean. We will definitely request Lou Spada for any future plumbing issues. We also appreciate the quick response to our call. Thank you.

    root infiltration

    Highly professional group of people. A pleasure to work with. They had to replace 9ft of pipe undergroung outside the house due to root infiltration.then they had to do a hydro jetting service to remove all the roots throughout the line from under the house all the way to the property line.

    Toilets not draining properly on main floor

    From the moment I called Drainworks the service was excellent. The gentleman who answered the phone was courtious, professional and I was impressed when he said they would have someone come by that evening. Jeremy showed up just as promised ( all this is great as I'm in sales and know the value of good customer service ) Both my husband and I were very comfortable with him. He explained everything he was doing and didn't rush. We even had him do an extra job and fix the leak in our basement toilet ! He did a professional job and didn't leave a mess - how wonderful is that!

    replacing lead water mains leading into house

    This is the second time in less than six months I have used Drainworks for major excavation and replacement. The job in early spring involved replacing old root-infested ceramic drains with a modern plastic system. Their technicians are courteous, friendly and clear in their explanations of problems and solutions. They work hard and are very diligent. The city gives homeowners a $2000.00 rebate which they took care of arranging. Their philosophy of always protecting your home and property from any damage put me at ease. The work was first rate. They left the site as cleaned up as possible and there was minimal disruption inside and out. The second occasion was just this week. When the city workers appeared unannounced to replace the lead pipes I discovered were putting too much lead in our water, I needed my friends at Drainworks to finish the job on our property. They came immediately, quoted the job in a detailed written quote and started the very next day. The decision to use Drainworks was easy. Drainworks digs carefully by hand to prevent problems and go under the foundation to avoid compromising the structure or creating leaks in the basement walls later on. They are the best. Micha is a perfectionist, and he and his assistant worked like dogs in terrible heat to get the job done fast. The water was only off for a short time. Lou is friendly, a great communicator and always respectful and helpful. Great job. The water pressure is fantastic now!
