    clay pipe replacement

    The guys replaced the remaining portion of clay pipe on my property that connects to city sewer. You cannot go wrong with Drainworks. I've recommended them to friends and family and all have been happy too. Thanks again fellas!

    Installation of cleanouts, clearing clogged pipes and hydro jetting

    I've had several companies over to look at a backed up floor drain in the basement. DrainWorks was by far the most responsive and offered the greatest amount of advice and options. Their professionalism is stellar. When the guys were on route, their office called to let us know they would arrive within minutes. When they left, their office called again to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we received - and we were. The guys were very knowledgeable and they did not try to upsell me on anything. They took the time to explain everything to me carefully and then they let me make my own decision. I will always be calling on DrainWorks for any future plumbing needs. I was very impressed!

    Replacement of clay pipes

    Our pipes backed-up and the Drainworks plumbers were quick to diagnose the problem of tree roots growing into our old clay pipes. They were very good at explaining various options to solve the problem and did not push us to do the most expensive one. On the day of the repair, they arrived on time and were very professional and had the work done the same day despite very rainy conditions which made the work more difficult for them. Throughout the process they showed us the repair work at the site as well as using their cameras to look within the pipes.

    Drain pipe replacement and hydro jetting

    Living in a 90 year old house means you get to know your drain people! Drain works has definite repeat customers for life from us. Every person they have sent to our house over the years for everything from root clearing to pipe installation to leak detection has been clean, efficient, early and honest. Most recently Frank and his team came and fixed several issues with our drains over a number of days. They are total lifesavers! I would and DO recommend them to everyone. Thank you. Thank you.     Clay pipes replaced

    Armando and team were excellent from the moment I phoned when my sewer backed up. They were on site within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and thoroughly talked me through the options for repair. They even phoned up to offer me a cancelation spot so the job was done early. Their crew was polite, efficient and very tidy. They stayed at the property until the job was done. I would strongly recommend this company to friends and family and will look to them again for any future work I need completed. Excellent service!

    Drains and Plumbing

    Over the course of managing our recent drain issues, we dealt with several members of the DrainWorks team. All of them were professional, took the time to explain the work being done and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We had four services provided, including the insertion of a backwater valve and redirection of plumbing. All of the work was completed within an acceptable time frame. We'd be happy to recommend them in the future to friends and family with plumbing issues.

    Upgrade Copper water lines

    This was the first time I used drain works and was very impressed with Chris L. He went out of his way to finish the job and did a very clean job. Pay for the estimate it's worth it in the end as you get excellent service from this company from the dispatch to the trades men, thanks for all your help Drainworks.

    Drain Backup Repair

    I had an ugly situation on my hands when the floor drain in the furnace room in my old Cabbagetown house backed up the full contents of the sewage drains on a Sunday morning. While I didn't want to pay a premium for a Sunday service call, the situation required urgent attention. The plumber (I'm sorry that I didn't make note of his name) was excellent. Courteous and helpful, he unblocked the drain quickly, and then spent a fair bit of time educating me about the property's plumbing & drainage system, and what to watch for in future. And pleasantly, they didn't charge a premium for the Sunday service call; the cost was more than reasonable for the service provided.

    Drainworks Armando and crew were very professional. Costumer service representatives on the phone were knowledgeable about the quote and work that needed to be done; this gave me confidence that I wasn't just another number and outstanding quote in their files.     Plumbing Blockage

    Armando Gatti and Eric came to clear a blockage resulting from a toothbrush blocking a drain. Armando quickly identified the cause of the problem and after explaining it to me, he and Eric worked together efficiently and effectively to resolve the issue. I found Armando to be very professional in his technical knowledge but over and above that, he was also very personable. I will request Armando next time because he's simply a "good guy". I am thankful to have had the benefit of this team to help me promptly solve the issue which arose.
