    Leaking in bathroom

    I'm glad I have this forum to relate that Jeff Wright of Drainworks was just about the best plumber you could imagine having in your house. He was friendly, professional, helpful and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Drainworks again or recommend them.

    sewage back-up, basement drain unclogging

    Fast and friendly service! Informative and considerate as he wore covers over his shoes to prevent dirt to other areas. Corrected the problem well and although the machine that he used was loud, he somehow managed to fix the problem and not wake up our little toddler! Appreciated the speedy service!

    New Tap, Pipe, and Shutoff

    We needed a plumber for the pipe leading to the outside tap, which had split inside the house over the winter. We've never called a plumber before so we called Drainworks based solely on their reviews here. Service was excellent - from the initial call to the service person, Chris, who not only did a great plumbing job, but went above and beyond what he was asked to do. (When he asked if there was anything else I needed, I jokingly asked if he fixed fences as I had backed into our driveway fence the night before and twisted the post to the point where the gate would not close and lock. Chris put a huge pipe wrench on the post and twisted it back around to where it belonged.) Even without this extra "service" we were very pleased with the job Chris did. The new tap, pipe, and shutoff were installed quickly and we were left with an instruction sheet, as a reminder on how to shut everything off for the winter. We would rate Drainworks higher than a "10" if it were possible. We would definitely call them again.

    Leaking pipe repair.

    Phil from Drainworks did an excellent job with a leak we were experiencing. Price was competative and job was finished within two hours. We will use this company again in the future if we need a plumber.

    fixing clogged kitchen sink

    On May 21, we had called Drainworks to look into our clogged kitchen sink as well as a slow drain in our bathroom sink. I was advised that the technician would be at our place around 6:30 pm. I had called at approx 5:30 pm. The technician, Matt, was prompt and was able to diagnose the problems quickly and efficiently. He provided us with a quote for the work to be done and after approval was given by us, promptly went to work. Matt provided top notch customer service and was able to walk me through the steps of what he was doing. He even put back all the stuff that was taken out from the cupboards. I have to say that Drainworks and Matt were great and the company practices what it preaches. Thank you so much for your assistance.

    Plumbing woes

    For the third time since we bought our 80+ year old home, we had to call a plumber. The first time was a bit of shock - the day we took possession of the home, sewage starting backing into our basement. Being first time home-owners, we did not know who to call. We now no longer have to think about it - we just call Drainworks. They're 3 for 3 for us. Firstly, they are very courteous and knowledgable on the phone. Excellent first-point-of-contact customer service. The "window" they give you in terms of when they will arrive is reasonable, and they follow through on their promise to call 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let you know they're on their way. This time around, our technician was Lou. Similar to the other technicians from Drainworks that have worked on our home, Lou knew what he was doing. He was friendly, took the time to ask questions, assessed the issue, gave an estimate, fixed the problem, then spent some extra time giving some tips and tricks on how to keep the next plumbing call at bay. We are very happy with the service we receive from Drainworks and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

    toilet running and outside tap leaking

    this is the second time we had drainworks come in for a plumbing repair. both times we had the same service man. Phil (i think?) he was excellent. diagnosed the problem right away and fixed both issues within an hour. fast, easy and no problems since. we also had a tub drain leaking a couple of years back and that was fixed right away too with no follow up issues. thanks drainworks!

    Changed faucet in laundry room

    Phil with Drainworks arrived right on schedule on time. Was neat and tidy and quoted me the price and changed the faucet in the laundry room in very little time. A better quality unit was installed and the dripping is no more! I would recommend Drainworks to everyone. Great job Phil. Thanks. Eric.

    toilet removal and installation

    We replaced an old toilet and had a new one installed. Chris showed up right on time, was very professional and had the job done very fast. We are always going to use and recommend Drainworks. Thank you!

    Drain repair for blocked sewer line

    All of the people that we dealt with at DrainWorks were very professional. Mike did a great job explaining the issue to us and the work that would be involved for the fix. He also informed us about the city of Toronto drain grant process, which was a big help. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with Mike and the DrainWorks team.
