    Plumbing Problems

    I had drainworks over to fix two of my shut off valves. One I thought would not be able to repair because of the location. The plumber was not able to reach it but found what he called a sweet spot on the pressure so he repaired the other one and tweaked the other at no additional cost.

    blocked toileet

    I phoned Drainworks in the morning, & they were at my house before 2 the same day (not 3 days later like some other campanies). They thoroughly explained what they were going to do before starting work. They took off the toilet (having to saw off one of the bolts), & found the blockage, & cleared it. They were very professional - covered the floor where they were working & put covers over their shoes to keep the floor clean. Great service. Thank you Drainworks.     Drain replacement

    We had two recent interactions with Drainworks. First was when the plumbers for our general contractors (we're having an addition built) dropped a large piece of cast iron stack down the drain, and resulted in a backup. Second was when our 100 year old outside trap got blocked. Both times, Drainworks was fast, courteous, and professional (wish we could say the same about our general contractors!!). We first used them 15 years ago in our previous house, I'd I wouldn't hesitate a second to use them again! Thanks guys.

    A leaking toilet

    I called Drainworks after seeing their ad in the yellow pages. Jeff arrived shortly there after and put in slippers so not to make a mess. He quoted me the cost, and fixed the problem in a timely manner and with no mess. I would recommend Drainworks to anyone. They did a great job.

    Plumbing, Trap Replacement

    I had an emergency basement flood due to a clogged Trap under my porch. Drainworks took my call and had someone at my door in less than 1/2 an hour to assess my situation. They recommended to replace the old Trap and did all the arranging for the excavation crew to come the next morning. Within a day of my flood the whole situation was fixed expertly. The crew was helpful, informative, and really knew their stuff. I felt confident being in their hands. I'd highly recommend Drainworks for fast, friendly service...they turned my bad situation into a great solution.

    Plumbing - fix blocked drain

    Didn't know who to pick. Found add in yellow pages - looked like a reliable company. Jeremy was couteous, professional, explained what he was going to do and cost so we knew exactly what was happening. When he came to the door he immediately handed us his card, introduced himself and put the little slippers over his shoes before walking through the house (very much appreciated ) The job was done efficiently, no mess. And we are very happy and pleased.

    Heating pipe repair

    Jeff [last name removed--Ed], the plumber that was assigned to our job, was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. I would use Drainworks again and highly recommend the company to anyone.

    bathroom

    I was having trouble with my bathroom toilet drain and Matt saved the day by coming to my home and gave me a rundown on what the problems might be and fixed the problem.

    repaired toilet

    JEFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & NICK TO TALK TO AS HE WAS REPAIRING THE TOILET.SHOW US WITH WAS WRONG & EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COSTED US. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF LEFT BATHROOM CLEAN & TIDY.HE IS A GREAT REP. FOR YOUR COMPANY & IF EVER I NEED A PLUMMER I WOULD NOT BE SCARED TO GET YOU PEOPLE AGAIN.(JEFF FOR SURE) THANK YOU CHUCK&CAREY RAWCLIFFE

    Outside water main and sewer upgrade

    After getting our basement floor drain camera inspected earlier in the year we had DrainWorks fix the very old clay p-trap that was found. While we were at it we had our part of the half inch lead water main that comes into the house replaced (we already had the city lined up to change their part). The change was to a 3/4 in. copper line which has dramatically improved water pressure. The quote was setup within a day and Jeremy Harris came out who was very professional and easy to deal with. After agreeing to go ahead with their quote the work was scheduled for the very next day. The crew showed up on time and spent the better part of the day working. All work was completed on that first day. The dig site was left very clean with a nice dressing of top soil. The final inspection was setup during the day for that evening. Every detail was explained fully and another camera inspection was done to show us how things were looking in our sewer system. Jeremy also did a quick camera inspection of our downspout that goes into our driveway. This was part of their complete plumbing review. All in all we had a very positive experience and would recommend.
