Drape Master came highly recommended and I'm so glad i went with them. Cyndi, Don and William were terrific - very knowledgeable, polite and caring. My drapes and sheers were very old and I knew there might be a problem with some of the sheers as they received the sun first thing in the morning. Yes, we did lose 4 panels of sheers through sun damage but I was contacted every step of the way. They were hand washed, one at a time, to try to save them. Happily, the other 9 panels came through beautifully and I'm so pleased with the results. Taking down the drapes and sheers then rehanging them was done carefully and with expert care. Well done, Drape Master.

Cindy was very friendly and informative when we first called to get info and make an appointment. The young man who collected the blinds was prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly. There was a snow storm on the day the blinds were to be rehung and we were going away two days later so they were very accommodating in getting the blinds back before we left. They also did a great job in cleaning and removing stains on the blinds. A really good experience from beginning to end. I would use them again.

We were considering throwing out our drapes, but we thought we would giving cleaning them a shot. We drove a distance to get there, but it was worth it! They look brand new.

Talked to Cindy for cleaning and Don for installation. Both were very accommodating and my cleaning and installation went smoothly. I thought this whole process of taking down my expensive blinds and cleaning them and putting them back up would've been a headache but they were very professional and made sure I was happy. I will certainly use them in the future!

Unbelievable service from Cyndi, Matt and Mike They made sure we were kept informed throughout the process, from pickup to delivery. I had my silk area rugs cleaned when we moved into our new place and they looked o.k. but when I had Drape Master take them for a cleaning after we found a stain on them, I couldn't believe the results. The carpets looked like we just bought them! We immediately noticed the difference. They also cleaned our silk drapes that had grease stains from a contactor in our home. Cyndi made sure we were satisfied with the service. This is what customer service is all about and these people far and exceed that expectation!!!! Just contacting Cyndi is enough to choose this coy. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her staff did a professional job - they came on time, carefully moved items around the room and put them back. Good job done guys.

Ever host a New Years party at someone else's house? Ever been stuck with dry red wine stained curtains? Ever had to remove those stains before the home owners come home? That's the situation I was in. Drape Master was extremely professional and helped me solve this problem in approx. 24 hrs. They called me throughout the stain removal process to keep me updated on the process. Coordinator Cyndi Woods was very personable and helpful throughout the entire process. She even called me the day after I picked them up to check up on how everything went. The stains have practically vanished… cost me $300 plus tax. That is with 40% off since I dropped off and picked up the curtains myself (would have been $500 plus tax). I was not able to receive an estimate due to the amount of stains and the rush and it ended up being more expensive than I expected BUT was definitely worth every penny.
