    roller blind clean and repair

    My roller blind needed repair for a broken chain and clutch and needed it asap. Cindy was very friendly and helpful on the phone when I called and told her my problem and that I needed it fixed overnight. She didn't promise but said she'd try her best. Sure enough it was fixed perfectly overnight after I dropped it off to their location. Everyone I encountered there was polite, helpful and friendly. Cindy was amazing, very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. I almost wish I had another blind to repair just so I could take it back there. Highly recommend.

    Blind Cleaning

    Thank You Cyndi for your excellent customer service! I had my old blinds cleaned after a very long time and they look brand new. It exceeded my expectations. I will be a returning customer and recommend their services to others.

    Mini-Blinds

    Previously cleaned set of blinds w/ repairs – perfect – saved $$$ Two sets of blinds (very old) replaced – fit was excellent. Very professional, friendly (Hi Cindy) good turn-around times. Will be doing rugs shortly!!

    Blind Cleaning

    This is a highly professional company. They came on the same day that I called and were very polite. The work was well done, and returned on the day promised. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

    Blind cleaning

    Cindy had pick-up and delivery according to my timing even though I called last minute and live outside of Toronto. Everyone was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the job and would recommend using this company.

    3 New Vertical Tracks (2"), supply & Install

    A call to Cindy @ Drape Master, a family business, started the many steps to having the functioning of my venetian blinds repaired, rather than replaced. Don, measured twice & sent William to confirm correct measurement with sample to test, Don ordered, installed by William (allowing me time to clean slats while he installed tracks). Job complete within a two week period,. Cindy did a follow up. Many things are old, including me: however not ready for landfill as yet. Happy Duo from High Park, Toronto area :):)

    blind cleaning

    Drape Master recently cleaned blinds for me (which had been very dirty). I can't speak highly enough of this company, especially Cindy (on the phone) and Don and Will. They did an excellent job of cleaning the blinds and picked them up and delivered them back to me on a very tight schedule that I had. They were punctual and even went out of their way for me to deliver the blinds one morning earlier than they usually are out on the roads. I am very grateful to them for their help in getting the blinds so clean and also for helping to accommodate my "tight schedule". They are a company achieving "excellence".

    repair of roman blind

    After some initial difficulty in hearing back from the repair person, arrangements were easily made for an attendance at my home. The technician was knowledgeable. He took the parts needing repair from the house and very shortly provided repair options and pricing. The work was completed within an week. The result is most professional and well priced. A follow up call was made to me the next day to determine whether the work was done satisfactorily or not. I would highly recommend this company.

    SHEER CLEANING

    We have lived in our condo for over 18 years. The drapes and liners were beginning to look drab and somewhat lifeless. We decided that professional cleaning might be the answer to a brighter look. We responded to an ad in the Toronto Star TV Magazine placed by Drape Master. The phone call was very reassuring that we were going to b e totally satisfied. The receptionist, Cindy, was, throughout the entire experience informative, polite, patient and helpful. We had to reschedule the appointment several times due to personal time conflicts. Np problems. Finally, when I was able to be home "Don" and an associate called and game me a "window" of time in which to expect them. They arrived at the promised time, removed their shoes and assessed the drapes and liners in 3 areas. A proper quotation was prepared for our consideration. Don's recommendation was to clean the drapes and liners as they were in good condition and we could expect a positive result. The drapes would be returned within 5 - 6 days. More so than the price was the impression these men made that they knew business and were reputable. Cindy saw to it that the drapes were back and installed in 5 days. The results: amazing and they look like new again! We highly recommend Drape Master as a company who delivers on their promises.
