Duralock did a fantastic job with our driveway, front and backyard. The work was done to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. They are very reliable and efficient and finished the job very quickly. We are thrilled with the results. Thank you Tony, Paul and crew.

The project started relatively small then became bigger, so did our budget. We felt nervous and lack of ideas, but luckily Tony had been always patient with us and giving advices. When the job finally started, Paul, Danny and crew came right on time. Paul and team are very responsive, any question we asked, they just had people work on it right away and made us feel very comfort. They did what we asked and sometimes even more. When it is done, it looks beautiful and very professional. We did had some trouble with the sod and Danny came in very quick to fix it. We are quite pleased. So I am not really worried if something came up after quite some time. Overall, a great experience and I won't hesitate to recommend the team.

This was a great company to deal with. We saw their great ratings on homestars and had a good feeling about the company when Tony came out to give us the quote. It's still a big investment, though, so we were still a bit nervous and apprehensive until they started doing the work. Also, we know that we are quite picky! The guys at Duralock were so professional. Very experienced. Knew exactly how to tackle a difficult grading issue. They made good suggestions for the retaining walls and front steps. We took their advice and are so happy with the final result. They arrived early and worked until late. They showed respect for our property and for neighboring properties, cleaning up each day. When they were done, they added soil and grass seed to everywhere that needed it and then some! Above and beyond the call of duty! Danny and his crew were personable, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely have them back when we are ready to tackle the back yard. We have no concerns recommending this company to anyone.

We are impressed with Duralock - after signing a contract with Duralock last year we were the first clients of the 2014 season. Tony and his crew arrived when he said they would, they worked hard, kept the neighborhood clean, were a good group of guys and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Tony made the sale process simply and easy to accept. Work (which included repairs to pre-existing interlocking in the backyard) was started and completed in mid-May as agreed. Paul and his crew were quick, neat, and accommodating to our concerns. Several neighbors have complimented the final product. Following the completion of our project one of our neighbors contracted Duralock and has had work done at their home. We are very pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend Duralock to friends and family.

When you want a job done on time, with no problems, from estimate to completion... when you want no extended delays, or when you want no hassle... duralock is the way to go. The estimate process was easy and Tony will meet anytime even on sundays of a long weekend!. THEN, the owner is onsite for the job... that ensures QUALITY CONTROL that you can't get if the job is contracted out... This is above all the best way to do things... We had full confidence in the crew and in the job being done. And the time line... spot on. Most reno's will run over time over budget and with headaches... not so with Duralock... everything is was done basically on time and above expectations... I have no doubt they will be availible should any problems arise in the future... and i don't expect that anytime soon. We are only awaiting a small fix in one area of the job (riverrock) and will be completely complete. And i have full confidence that will be taken care of in a matter of days... otherwise TONY and TONY were a pleasure to deal with and i have recommended them to all the neighbors who come by to see their amazying work... Good communication, honesty and a strong work ethic is a rare occurrence in this day and age. These are the qualities I would give Duralock. The entire process was smooth and easy. Good communication from the initial consultation right to the follow up visit. Tony was the first person from many companies that actually listened to our design ideas and offered some helpful ideas. The crew was very professional and efficient. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up before they left. The entire project was completed in 4 days. Unlike other companies I have seen where they excavate, but never to return until weeks later to continue the next step and disappear again. I have worked with many contractors in the past and experienced some of the horror stories people talk about, but I have no hesitation in referring Duralock for any landscaping needs. This company is absolutely amazing. They did work for me in May 2012 in which I wrote a glowing review on May 24, 2012. After the bad winter of 2013/2014 the interlock had shifted and sank a little. We called them to see if they could fix it and they were at the house within a week and fixed it beyond what we could have asked for. I have never experienced such excellent customer service by any company in all my life. They truly want to ensure their customers are happy. I am so impressed with duralock. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
