I had been quoted by several contractors for our interlocking project over the past few years, however did not feel comfortable with any of them, until I met Tony from Duralock. Tony is very personable and makes you feel at ease. He is helpful, provides you with ideas and options and is up front and transparent about the costs. This was a huge project - they dug up the single asphalt driveway and made it a double interlocked driveway, we built a backyard patio with walls to accent the design and we also filled the sides of the house with river rock (and installed drainage). The crew were friendly and you can see that they work well as a team and enjoy their work. Even Tony the owner was on site, working the machinery to dig up the driveway. These guys are the "real deal" and the interlocking looked awesome and really enhanced the look of the house. The crew arrived on time on a Monday and completed the job within 5 days. One minor criticism was that I had requested 4 different paver sizes to be laid down on the patio, however when I arrived home on the Tuesday after work, only 3 paver sizes were used. Since the pavers were already laid down, I decided to just leave it as is, however, it was a bit of a pity, since we had waited 6 years for this project to be done. Nevertheless, the overall project looked amazing and we have had many favourable comments from neighbours and passers by. Thank you to Tony, Tony and the rest of the crew for an awesome job.

Tony's team was extremely professional, removing the old driveway and replacing it for a new one in just two days, as promised. No hassles, no neighbour complaints. Excellent job and quality end-to-end!

I am very happy with Duralock, the entire process from quote to completion was smooth and painless, my backyard interlock patio was completed in 3 days and most importantly the final product looks amazing! Tony was excellent to deal with, and the crew was very detail oriented and hard working! I will definitely recommend Duralock to anyone :)

I first came across duralock when they were working on my neighbours house.. I decided to get a quote since Tony (sales) was in the area.. After the first meeting, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but of course I did shop around before coming back around to duralock... They had finished my neighbors house as well as a few others on the street and every house looked amazing so fast forward a year, because that how long I spent planning my project, I had numerous meetings with Tony (sales) and he helped me big time in choose the right brick and providing honest and helpful input for my ideas. This past May Tony (owner) and his team started the project... probably the nicest group of guys you could ask to work with.. They did such a fantastic job, I think I put the rest of the street to shame... lol. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, Ill be sure to upload more in the spring when the weather is nice! but for now.. that is my duralock story (:

From the initial consultation through to execution, Duralock was very professional, attentive and accommodating. In September 2013, we had a multi-level stone patio (appox 750 sq. Ft) done. Duralock’s crew was spot on with the completion date, even when we made a couple last-minute changes to our original design and had to have extra supplies delivered. They were all very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. On the last day when they left our home, they even cleaned up our yard to pre-construction condition. The only negative comment I have is that instead of re-sodding the damaged grass, they re-seeded. I would suggest that they either re-sod or lay down some plywood to help reduce the damage caused by the machinery and wheelbarrows. Aside from that, we are totally happy with the final workmanship of the project. Phase 1 has been completed and we are very happy with the results. Can’t wait to enjoy it this summer.

Had Tony and his crew come to my house and create an awesome porch and walk way in my backyard out of two-tone interlocking. They did a great job and let me know exactly what they were doing and how long each step of the process would take. Crew was great, hard working and I am completely happy with the job and the followup they did on my property.

Duralock did our driveway, side walks and stone patio in June 2013. Amazing group of individuals, Dedicated to details and making sure that customer is happy all along the project. Detailed quote, going through the scope of the work, product offerings, suggesting the color combination, you name it and they will give their 100% on every aspect of the project . They were making sure at each step of the project that everything is working according to plan and if there were any suggestions they listened and whereever feasible implemented along the way. Guys keep up the good work. Quality of work and customerservice that you guys are providing is phinominal. Tony has hard working, fun loving crews that does the job right the first time. Excellent job guys!!! Our property has won huge admiration from lots of people.

Duralock had installed my walkway three years ago and did a fantastic job. This summer the walkway was ruined when over sprayed fertilizer left unsightly and permanent rust stains. I learned the hard way that fertilizer products claiming to make your lawn "extra green" contained more iron than other fertilizers. Any fertilizer left on a hard surface such as concrete, asphalt or interlock will release rust into the surface when wet. I hired a company that specialized in concrete restoration and they could not remove the rust stains. The only solution was to replace the damaged walkway. Thankfully the manufacturer still made my stone and Tony with his Duralock team replaced my walkway in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I should also add that I repaired a leak to my basement on the opposite side of the house. The waterproofing work did not include the replacement of disturbed interlock pavers. Duralock repaired the disturbed pavers when they replaced my walkway without an added charge. Now that is what I call customer service! Thank you Tony and Duralock.

Saw Tony doing a project in the neighbourhood, asked if he can give a quote, he immediately responded so quickly that he started and completed the project the very next day. The work was solid, clean and professional. It has been over a year and there is not one single problem to report. My experience with this company was exceptional from beginning to end. Tony from sales was polite, patient and extremely knowledgable. I felt assured at the end of the meeting that I was going to get a top quality job. He scheduled me to have my job done in the month August and they were on time. The lines of communication were always open which is something I appreciated considering the large sum of money I entrusted with them to get the job done right. And boy was I happy. They all worked like a fine tuned machine, all links strong and knew exactly what they were doing. And it was fast, scheduled to finish in 5 days and that's all it took. The cleanup was amazing and I couldn't be more happy with the final product. My house looks amazing and my neighbors can't stop looking at it and asking questions.
