The company started the job on the day they promised and finished on time. Very impressive work. Best quality. They follow up by visiting and do the needed stuff without even I needed to call. Workers on time, fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves. Tony, the sales manager was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall beautiful job!!!Working with Peter (supervisor on site) was great! He was professional, friendly and able to work with me. He knows the product and the process well. was able and willing to answer all our questions and provide alternate landscape ideas. I selected one design and they said something else would look better. So I went with their suggestion and they were right. We just wanted to say to Duralock 'Thank You' for the beautiful new driveway walkway, and landscape design. We are amazed at how much it improved the overall look and feel of the home as you drive up. We want to show it off to everyone! We'd also like to thank the crew, Peter and Tony(Sales Manager) who were incredibly conscientious, paying attention to every detail. The installation began mid-week, and we couldn't believe the entire job was completed in only 3 1/2 days... and we were ready for out-of-town guests arriving that weekend. We believe this is the best investment we've made to our home yet. In addition to admiring it every day, we know the return on investment will be there if we ever decide to sell. We just moved into this new neighbourhood and notice a compnay doing landscaping on a bunch of homes on our street. So I asked my neighbours if they were happy dealing with them and her husbanded jokingly replied "Holmes on Holmes who, these guys are the best in the industry", so I laughed it off I decided to get a free estimate. We contracted them to do our driveway, but once they started I quickly convinced my husband to do the sidewalk to the back and the patio. Tony the sales guy promised to start in 2 weeks which he did. He was came to check on the crew daily and made sure that they were building the vision that I had hoped. The team was very polite and respectful at all times. A special thanks goes out to Peter and Chris who worked so hard all week to make sure that our project was beautiful. They gave so many helpful suggestions, that we did not understand at first, but after day 2 my husband told the guys that we trust there judgement, and we were glad we did. Peter did a few extra designs for us with no extra charge, like adding a diamond design on our driveway. The team at DuraIock all seem to be so passionate about there jobs, and I believe this is what makes this company so great. At the end both Tony (owner) and Tony (sales guy) came to inspect the job to make sure we were more than happy. I have recommended them to do my father house, which they promised will be done early in the spring. Thank you all once again for a job well done.

Had a double car drive, the side and back yard patio. Did this work in a timely manner, very professional and good job. Had a few minor repairs which were taken care of immediately. A year later there was a follow-up visit and any problems were rectified. Job well done.

Read my good reviews from this company. Also many projects in my area from them. When I get the quote, I worry the price is expensive because it is a big company but it is not. Good price for the product compare with other company. And the crews are polite and did really a good job. It is a year ago but I still love it. It worths for the money!

We chose Duralock after comparing them with several other companies and noticed that Duralock had one of the highest rankings from Homestars. For us, we had to remove the old paving stones from the front and backyard, rebuild the flower bed, and install the new interlocking walkway along with the patio. Sales-representative, Tony, helped to choose the best-fitting stones for us, and Paul, the installation team leader, gave suggestions about our original design. Once the team starting working, they were all very professional, friendly, and diligent. They are very patient for all our questions. The final result is beautiful. Thank you everyone for your hard work, and we would definitely recommend Duralock to anyone.

We were very satisfied with Duralock for a driveway interlocking project, so we decided to use them for a backyard patio project as well. The sales rep as well as the installers gave us good design advice. The installation crew was quick and efficient and professional, and the the resulting work looks great. We did ask them to return to recut one stone on a patio step, and they did this no questions asked. We were also pleased that throughout the installation, they respected our neighbours and we had no complaints from any of them. They did a thorough clean-up after both jobs.

I hired Duralock to interlock my Driveway , patio and the front porch. The crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. It took only 2 days to finish the whole project and I'm realy happy about it.The end result was excellent.

They have given me the quotation instantly while others might take a week or longer. 2. They started the project in one week after we signed the agreement. 3. The actual length of time they have taken to complete was the half what others promised. 4. The work comes with 3 years warranty, one year longer than others' 2 year. 5. They care every perspective related to the project.
