    Hair straightener

    Hello The machine is dying very fast , we regret that we got this product Called many times the Dyson was expecting to speak with the supervisor always not available they want me to ship it to Toronto not telling me how much would cost me , or trade out with 20% discount Already the machine is very expensive and should last longer than 2 years and three months We are very frustrated We were planing to buy vacuum but not anymore We dont recommend this company

    Not recommended- Complaint About Dyson Vacuum - Dyson Outsize Origin Cordless Vacuum

    I regret to say that my experience with the Dyson vacuum has been extremely disappointing. After just two months of use, one of the wheels fell off. I expected much better quality from a brand known for its innovation and reliability. Whats worse is the customer service experience. I spent hours chatting with Dyson support, but all I received were vague responses about the replacement part being out of stock. It felt like I was going in circles with no clear resolution or timeline for when I might get a new vacuum or even the necessary part. At this point, I cannot recommend this product. The vacuum may perform well initially, but if you encounter any issues, be prepared for a frustrating experience with customer service. Save yourself the troubledon't buy a Dyson vacuum.

    Worst customer service I have encountered and poor quality vacuum

    Bought a V12 cordless vacuum. While it worked great the first few months, a piece came loose. Company had no part replacements so offered replacement machine. It was been a month since I sent my defective one for exchange, and I have received ZERO updates. They don't answer emails and phone agents are zero help. Will never buy from Dyson again.

    Over priced product with terrible customer service

    The air wrap is the price of a stove. The brushes all melt and singe your hair. This keeps happening. They have been promising me a new round brush for 4 months. I sit on the phone each time for hours. They say they will call back and no one calls back. No one returns emails. The customer service is horrible. Complete lack of respect. For such an expensive overpriced product. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

    Incompetence

    Ordered a battery for my Dyson, gave them all my info along with my company name and company credit card. Battery arrived, but no invoice. Spent 40 minutes on the phone to get an invoice. Once the invoice was sent to me, it had the wrong name on it. I asked them to change that name to my company name and they told me that this is not possible. This was the second time in as many years that this happened. I will never deal with this company again, because they are so inefficient and incompetent. This has never ever happened with any other company before. Really disappointed. World renowned company and you do not get a proper invoice, twice in a row.

    Customer Service terrible

    I am trying to have my dyson vacuum replaced I have talked to 4 different agents. Its been 6 weeks they havent even sent the shipping box for me to return. Worst treatment ever and their products are cheap and dont perform, Never Ever by a dyson ever Miele is my next choice.

    Awful Customer Service

    I purchased Dyson V15 vacuum which comes with what supposed to be 24-months warranty. Had a problem with the machine and contacted Dyson Customer Support and provided the invoice of purchase. They first said they will order the defective part. Then, later they stated that parts are not available for this model so they will exchange it for me. They asked to ship the defective machine to them so I can get my replacement. I waited for more than 6 weeks to get them saying they will not support this machine because it was purchased from unauthorized retailer!!!! Such an excuse to get away with not honoring the warranty because the machine is registered on their website in my name. And how I would know whether a retailer is a Dyson-Authorized retailer?!! what if the retailer was authorized and now they are not. How would I know when they became unauthorized? what if the retailer became out of business? Very ridiculous excuse not honor the warranty. If you purchase a Dyson product, you must know you are on your own. You will potentially lose your money because you will not receive any support.

    dyson vacuum

    Dyson ball animal 3 powerhead keeps detaching from vacuum. called customer service to resolve the issue and was told I could have a one time exchange. Selected a different model as the original vacuum was out of stock. Confirmed with a customer service representative I was getting the vacuum of my choice. New vacuum arrived today which wasnt the vacuum I chose, but another animal ball 3. According to Dyson web site this particular model is out of stock! Over the course of 2 months regarding this issue I have spoken to 4 different customer agents and have been told 4 different things. Waiting for a Supervisor to return my call regarding this issue.

    Terrible customer support

    Worst customer support I've ever received! I have a problem with the motor head on my Dyson V8 (wheels don't turn properly). I first tried customer support through chat: got nowhere, the agent (was it human? still not sure) couldn't grasp what I was having a problem with despite photos and detailed description. Gave up after about 90 minutes...no exaggeration! Since then, I have called three times, no call lasting less than one hour. They agreed that the problem was covered under warranty and proposed two solutions: since the necessary part was not in stock, I could wait until it became available (no timeline estimate, but if it fell outside of the warranty period, too bad, it wouldn't be covered...huh?!?!), or ship them the whole vacuum (nothing wrong with the vacuum itself) and they would send me a new one (so...I'm without a vacuum for at least two weeks...I can live with that...but they won't guarantee the turnaround time). I asked that the problem be escalated, and after waiting 20 minutes I spoke with Miguel ("a manager") who gave me a speech about company policy and said take it or leave it...he couldn't give a damn and became belligerent. As a manufacturer of a premium product for which I paid a premium price on the expectation that service would be available if required, Dyson has done a terrible job with their support. Good (not great) product, the worst support.

    Horrible

    I will pay 700$ and my dyson has broken after 7 mouth and i have been 2 mouth after they resolve my problem
