We are thrilled with our new laundry room floor (12' x12"). The service in store to select the tile was excellent. I liked the option of paying for prepping the room or doing it ourselves to save money. We opted to remove baseboards and adhesive from former floor ourselves. The installers arrived on time and worked swiftly and accurately to achieve excellent results. We are so happy that we've decided to extend the flooring into the hallway (20' x 9'). That will happen soon! We have used this location several times over the past years for carpeting and have always been pleased.

I would like to thank Amodand Malik for a fantastic job of selling and installing our new vinyl plank flooring in our condo I give it five out of five stars and then there installer know it was fantastic too!

Purchased vinyl flooring and carpeting (for two sets of stairs) Zeher was awesome! Great prices, great value! The carpet installers were in today. Very polite and courteous. They did an absolutely amazing job! Would highly recommend.

The salesmen at end of the roll were extremely knowledgeable and very supportive with tips on how to do a DIY staircase runner which I took upon myself as a weekend project. Very good prices and Kshitij and Amod even gave me extra underpayment for no cost. I would highly recommend this outlet for their professional and warm demeanor, and will continue to shop with them incl future flooring projects.

We were looking for options to replace the worn out carpet on the stairs of a home we recently purchased. Our original plan was to have hardwood, but then backed out because it turned out to be very expensive. We came to the Dundas store to enquire and get a quote on installing carpet. Georgia was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons. We got a very reasonable (approximate) quote based on the carpet we selected and even selected a date for the installers to come and get the job done. We were able to provide the actual measurements in a couple of days time and were immediately provided a firm quote. As for the installers, they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very friendly and we are very happy wi try their service . I would gladly recommend End of the Roll for any carpet jobs. I very much loved the fact that throughout our interaction, there was no sales pitch at all and the focus was on helping us achieve our goals as a customer.

Excellent customer service and a great price for wool carpet on my hallway and two sets of stairs. Georgia went the extra mile to find additional samples for me after my first choice was no longer available. Installation was carefully completed, and my house was left clean and tidy. Everyone I dealt with at this location -- Georgia, Adam, Hussein and Ray -- was friendly and professional.

Purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms and had it installed a couple of months ago. Customer service at this particular location with Georgia was excellent. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was able to provide me with several options. Selection of carpets and prices are very good. Communication between time of purchase and installation was also very good. I recommend you go to this location and ask for Georgia.
