We decided to add on & renovate our 20 year old home rather than moving. The project took about 10 months total. We moved out for the first 3, then had access to the second floor bedrooms & baths. Everything in the home was replaced including windows, doors, floors, shingles, furnace, cabinets, stairs....basically a total re-do. There where some moments where my wife & family were frustrated, but considering the magnitude of the project, it all went very well and we are very happy with the end product

Eurodale took on the huge project of adding a master suite, a total rewiring, switching from radiators to forced air gas, adding air conditioning, a new roof, redoing the basement and renovating the bedrooms. They were onsite everyday, often on the weekends, working 10-12 hour days to get the job done. They finished on schedule. The quality of their work was exceptional. I am one happy customer.

The guys at Eurodale and their contractors created a wonderful space for our family to enjoy at our family cottage. Their expertise integrated the space and blended it so well with the original cottage that no one can tell it is an addition. Construction quality was excellent and their recommendations to improve what the architect created helped make the space more usable and cozy for the family. WE would highly recommend Eurodale to anyone who wished to renovate. The guys at Eurodale are approachable and understanding when changes are requested and are highly skilled at what they do. thanks

We are planning a custom home build next year with Eurodale and are currently in the design and planning phase wit them. So far it has been a very good experience, Brendan and team nderstand from the point of answering a novice couples questons when undertaking a big project such as this. So far to date he listens to us and does what we ask and when he doesn't he provides his expertise as to why he shouldn't. We appreciate this and so far feel at ease with him. I realize I can't make a final recommendation/review until the project is complete, but up to now we are very happy working with Eurodale on the design phase so far.

From our first contact with Brendan Charters we knew we found a winner. He returned our call immediately, when no other builders had the courtesy too do so. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and confident in his company and their business practices. We were given 100% support throughout every step of the design, planning, permits and building stages. If not for Brendan's savvy handling of the Committee of Adjustments, we would not have been able to build what we needed. Eurodale Developments is a glowing example of how a business should be run. They are honest, hardworking and accountable for every detail. They have passion and interest in what they do. When a problem arises, they don't run away - they fix it. Brendan and his partner Jim Cunningham are always available when you call them. They ensured that all technicians who worked on our home were of excellent quality, professional manor and a true pleasure to have around. Blair Steel, the lead carpenter became a part of our family; even the neighbours love him too. Alberto, the office manager was always a pleasure to speak with. He too is a consummate professional. To have such a positive experience with such a huge project in an industry saturated with deceit and dissatisfaction, Eurodale are a true class act and have set an example for all to follow. We recommend them to anyone and everyone. At the end of a two year project we can say with confidence that we have no regrets at all. Everything went smoothly with no unpleasant surprises. We got exactly what they said we'd get, nothing less - and a lot more! The amount of strangers that ring our doorbell and ask if we want to sell our house speaks volumes. A heart felt thank you to all involved with Eurodale Developments for a tremendous job well done. In the 70's & 80's it was desirable to have a John Boddy Home, as the quality was well known. We predict that the new status of excellence for the 21st century will be to have a Eurodale Home - we sure feel that way and are proud to have one.

The professional service given to us was a great pleasure. They gave us great ideas and excellent input, and helped us in creating a beautiful living space in our new home!

owner of company, listened well, communicated well. had a new room excivated onto existing basement. agreeable to price but i wanted less but we agreed in the end. with that price he agreed to include extras. time issue was fine but the big issue was they did damage part of my property which they did not except liability for.....still have the problem, never got fixed. the room itself was satisfied.

Working with Eurodale was a truly satisfying experience. Our condo needed renovation from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. Eurodale made this complex task a smooth, manageable and creative undertaking. Worth noting was Eurodale's high degree of presence and involvement throughout the entire project. The 5 - star result of their work reflected the high standards they set for themselves. Definitely a class act.
