    Motorized Blinds

    We purchased Somfy motorized blinds throughout our whole house from Karen at Eurofab. We did contact a few companies for quotes because we knew it would be a large expense but found Eurofab to be quite competitive in pricing and also never once felt pressured into anything. Aside from the pricing - what really made Eurofab stand out was the amazing customer service. Karen walked us through the whole process, helped us with fabric/colour selection and suggestions to which treatment best suited each window/room. She was friendly, personable & professional and responded to all of our questions/concerns in a timely matter. Her installer Andre was also wonderful - great workmanship, you can tell right away he's a professional who takes pride in his work with a great personality to match. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The quality and overall look of the blinds are beyond our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Eurofab to all of our friends and be back once we're ready for drapery! Great work team Eurofab!

    curtains and blinds

    bought curtains for the bedroom and blinds for the dining room. Some installation challenges which required a couple of visits, and one blind to be re-ordered for size (even though they measured at my house) but overall they are good products and the service was good. Not cheap but good quality, excellent communication through the process.

    Window roller shades (manual and motorized)

    Ordered a set of manual and motorized roller shades from EuroFab. We experienced some challenges that resulted in multiple installation sessions. - Cords for the manual shades were inconsistent (asked for stainless steel (s/s) but got a combination of s/s and plastic) - Some of the motorized shades didn't come with a headrail/cassette - There were missing pieces (e.g. transformer / wiring for one of the motorized shades) - Poor quality (scuffed / scratched) remotes; even the replacements were like this so we picked the least 'damaged' one - S/S cord size was discovered to be incorrect during the second installation - Headrail/cassette color for the motorized shades was found to be different during the second installation These issues were eventually addressed and the blinds look great. Moreover, they were reasonably priced. Karen was very responsive to our concerns and did a great job in managing our expectations / working to resolve these issues. From a Customer Service perspective, we'd rate EuroFab a 5/5. We may consider working with EuroFab again once their manufacturer's quality controls have been addressed.

    Blinds Purchase & Installation

    Blinds were 40% off at the time, and I felt that the price was very reasonable for the amount of blinds I got. Installer was nice, quick and efficient. Task was completed in less than an hour. They did say the blinds would take 2 weeks to make, but I had to wait 3 weeks before I got any updates. And this was after I called them first and left a voicemail.

    chair reupholstery

    Eurofab reupholstered an old chair for me and it looks great. I chose the fabric at the store, showed them a picture of the chair, and Karen quoted a price. They arranged to pick up and deliver the finished product free of charge. They were very professional and easy to deal with.

    Curtians

    We were looking for new curtians and walked by Eurofab. William came and helped us pick out the perfect look for our room. We said we would like blackout curtians and were not disappointed. William even put magnets on the panels to reduce the gaps between panels and velcro on the side they could reduce the gap between the wall and the curtians. Thanks!!

    Drapes for the living room

    Excellent clean cut workmanship. Assistance with choice of fabric, color and style was really well thought out.

    Window coverings

    I would highly recommend Eurofab! They helped me with my window coverings and it was a great experience. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end and very reasonably priced.

    Motorized Blinds

    Karen at Eurofab was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. She replied quickly to emails, and took care in immediately resolving issues that came up. I was pleased with the quality we received as well - I knew the motorization wouldn't be too loud, but it ended up being much quieter than expected! The experience as a whole was positive, and I would definitely go back to Eurofab for any services in the future.
