Joe and his team were very helfpul, efficient, friendly and fast! He wasted no time in looking at what needed to be done and instructed his team well to keep things moving and loaded onto the truck in an orderly manner. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Having lived in the same home for our entire married life (29 years), we had never made a major house move. Joe and his crew made the experience absolutely painless! They arrived bright-and-early and got to work right away. We were moving from Toronto to our cottage, about 2 1/2 hours to the north-east of the city. The packing of the truck was well-organized and done skillfully and carefully. Everything was protected and firmly secured. Every single item of furniture (including antiques), all of our framed art prints, and every box of glassware arrived in perfect condition. Joe and Carlos were professional, friendly, focused, experienced, and exceptionally hard-working. We would highly recommend their services...please trust me when I say that you need look no further for the best moving company than Europa Cartage & Movers. Oh, and if you could have seen Joe skillfully manoeuver his truck in our narrow cottage road and driveway!!...it was a work of art.

We used Joe and his team at Europa for a move in April 2009. They provided a great service that went far beyond what we had expected, and what we had experienced in the past with other movers. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Prior to our move date, Joe came by personally and did an estimate for us that was very affordable, and, in the end turned out to be very accurate. On the day of our move, Joe and his team arrived on time. They were very careful with our things. This went beyond just trying to be careful. Joe was knowledgeable and skillful regarding how to protect our furniture for moving, how to lift it, how to pack it in the truck and how to set it up in our new house - all without damaging anything. They brought clean boxes (including wardrobe boxes) with them in case we needed them, and blankets to protect furniture in the truck. They carefully dismantled beds, desks and shelving units so that we could get them down our narrow stairs. They even dismantled the kids' swing set, so that it could be put in the truck. We had originally planned to do the move all in one day, but when we arrived at our new house we discovered that the refinished hardwood floors were not dry. We talked to Joe and explained the situation. He offered to leave our things in the truck trailer in our driveway overnight and come back to unpack the next morning. As promised, they were on time again the next morning. They began by laying some blankets down to protect the new floors and then they carefully and methodically unloaded the truck. They even reassembled and helped us to arrange everything at the new house (including the swing set). The reassembly was careful - making sure the newly painted walls and refinished floors were not damaged, helping to lay area rugs, and putting felt on the bottom of furniture. That service alone saved us a lot of time and effort, and made those early days in the new house much more comfortable. Joe and his team at Europa did a great job for us. They were hard working and more than capable. They delivered on their promises. And, when we needed them to be flexible, they were very helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

I researched a bunch of moving companies and none of them gave that personal feeling until I found Joe. Joe owns the company and he does the moving not like those other companies. He's fast, doesn't waste your time hanging around. He gets in and gets out. All me belongings were packed to perfection. I would definitely recommend Joe again and refer anyone to him.

There are so many movers to choose from, but I'm glad I gave my business to Joe and will recommend Europa to others without hesitation. The most important thing I can say about Joe is that when he said he'd do something, he did it. There were no surprises and he and his assistant were careful yet efficient and great to deal with. Mine was a relatively small move to a location nearly 2 hours outside of Toronto, but Joe did not hesitate to fit me into his busy schedule. Thank you Joe!

Joe delivered on all his promises. He was on time, careful, speedy, and a pleasure to deal with. He came recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone lookng to move their valued household!
