It was amazing. We had a great team of two incredibly nice, friendly and hard-working guys. They were fast and efficient, but relaxed enough that we could talk to them while the move was happening. It was one of the best parts of our move! They were also MUCH cheaper than other movers. Another company quoted us at 200% of what we paid Europa movers (although, to be fair, the other one was just an estimate). Anyway, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My wife and I scheduled our move almost a month in advance with Europa. A hiccup occurred with the sellers movers at our closing that effected our plans making us move one day behind without any notice. Robert, one of the owner, and his assistant took my call, and were able to move our date forward one day. They adjusted their schedule to ours seamlessly. On the following day, two representatives (Eric and Rudy) came to our home at 8 a.m. They were prompt and on time. After scoping out the job, they immediately went to work. They were busy the whole time, extremely professional and polite. At the end of the move we determined that not only did we have an excellent customer service experience, not one item was damaged or unaccounted for. These guys were like machines, worked efficiently, never complained and got the job done. They represented Europa Movers very well. If I would change anything, I would of liked to have had one more mover with them. I have no complaints whatsoever and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great job. Moving is hassle, but Europa made it simple and painless. We interviewed numerous movers, and Europa gave us the best feel -- and reasonable pricing (which included upgraded insurance at no extra charge).. Our sales rep, Andrey, guided us through the whole process, and was always accessible. The movers took great care from packing to delivery. Europa also stored some of our furniture for free to help us donate it to the Salvation.

Awesome. We have lots of valuable antiques (antique re-finishers have told us some of the glass in a china cabinet & dresser is basically irreplaceable). We were very apprehensive about the move. Everything went fabulous. Moving may be one of the worst things to ever do. Peter and Rudy from Europa made the experience the best it could be. These guys showed up on-time; all day addressed us with "yes, sir/no, sir"; were extra-ordinarily courteous, hard working and most importantly; everything was in the new house exactly where we wanted it, with not one scratch. (The guys asked us multiple times if we wanted something moved elsewhere.) We moved from a four bed-room to a three bed-room. So this was a pretty big move. My wife interviewed five movers. Andrey, one of the owners came out to our house, reviewed everything, gave us an estimate. Everything was completed as agreed at a slightly LESS price than estimated because Peter and Rudy completed the job sooner than expected. When I tell you this is a great company & business partner, I am not kidding. If every business arrangement went this smoothly, the world would be a better place. I sound like a commercial, family-member or an employee, but we are not. Bottom-line, I would recommend this family-owned company to anyone. I hope I never, ever move again; but if I do, I will not shop ---- I'll just call Europa to come do it again. They do business the old fashioned way, great service at a competitive price. Hire 'em.

Things started off great. We felt well prepared and had 95% of our apartment packed and ready to go. The three guys worked really hard and got the truck completely loaded in less than 3.5hrs. I was very impressed with how well they packed the truck, I kept thinking they were close to filling it, but they kept shuffling and shifting to make more and more fit. When we were ready to go, trouble struck and they were unable to get the truck started. After 1.5 hrs of "troubleshooting", Penske came out and fixed the truck. In the meantime, the guys brought another truck out to get the remainder of our things, to save an extra trip later in the day. Once we were rolling and made it to the new place, they unloaded as efficiently as they loaded the truck and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. Despite the obstacles, these guys did a great job and I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Europa Movers. When our move date changed at the last minute they accommodated our schedule which we very much appreciated! We didn't feel nickeled and dimed with a lot of extra charges. It was very clear what we would pay. The crew was professional, courteous and on time. They were hardworking and moved us quickly. They were moving faster than my previous movers! They did not break, drop or damage one item and no walls dinged. Just a great experience all around. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The two movers for our job were great. Very polite, worked hard and finished the job in 5 hours. We only had a 4 hour window to move out of the condo and even though the Toronto traffic put them behind by 30 minutes, they immediately started working when they arrived and finished the move out in 2 hours! They are hard workers and very efficient. We will definitely use Europa in the future and have already recommended them to our fellow neighbors.

We had used Europa previously and they did an excellent job so we rehired them to move me from my current home into our new house. They did an excellent job! I have a lot of stuff, including a large NordicTrac Incline trainer that took a while to take apart. The entire 26' truck was full and the trainer had to be strapped to the loading platform. It took 3 guys 9.5 hours to load the truck, back a few things that I had not gotten to, take the incline trainer apart, move me across town 25 km and then unload everything and put everything back together. These guys HUSTLED, only took a few minutes off to eat lunch and worked their butts off! Andrey the owner was there part of the time and went through everything with me prior so there were no surprises when it came time to pay at the end of the day. I would highly recommend using them and will do so again if needed.

Hired this company to move to our new home this past weekend. These are the best movers I have ever dealt with. Professional, reliable, careful and fast !! I am very satisfied with the service they have provided. A big Thank You to the crew that moved us: Andre, Scott and Dev. We will be definitely recommending Europa to my family and friends.

Everyone at Europa was polite and courteous. Scheduling the move with Andrey was a painless experience and he was very accommodating when I kept changing our move-in date. The men who came to do the move were great, took care of our belongings and I could not expect more. I especially appreciated that they spoke English which mad for easy communication. As a woman, I was very comfortable (other women will understand this) with these movers and I would definitely use them again in the future. The higher cost of service is because of the delayed move-in date. They work on an hourly basis and they also have to account for not only the time to pack and move us out, but also to unload the items into their warehouse, load back onto their truck and then deliver.
