    Excellent Company and Team

    We just had the last of our final windows and doors installed by Exclusive Window & Door. My wife and I have been using Exclusive Window & Door for the past 25 years, in our first house, and now our second home. Both Steve and Debra have always been friendly and professional from the first call to our final installation. Steve and Debra expect the same care and attention to detail from their team as they systematically set up, protect all the floors, remove old windows, a perfect new installation with clean new trim finish. We couldn’t be happier with their fair pricing, quality work, final look, and the function of the Northstar windows. An excellent product. I have also personally recommended them to co-workers and neighbours who later reported that they couldn’t be happier with their service and work. I would highly recommend Exclusive Window & Doors.

    Sliding Patio Dior

    Great experience from every point. A great family business. The team was extremely professional and efficient. I am truly impressed. I would highly recommend Exclusive to all my family and friends. Will definitely use them again. When it is time to replace my windows I know who to call. Great job!

    Install 4 basement windows

    Steve and his crew did a great job. Windows look fantastic and the guys left the job site as clean as it was before they started. I would highly recommend Exclusive Windows & Doors

    Windows & Sliding Door

    We could not be happier with our new windows and sliding door ! Exclusive Windows and doors were extremely organized and knowledgeable. The windows look WAY better then we imagined. It’s been a day and we already have neighbors complimenting them :) The crew was very clean and polite. After they left if it weren’t for the new windows you wouldn’t of known they were here because they cleaned up so well. Debra and Steve also make themselves available to ask any question or address any concerns Cannot recommend Exclusive enough

    Outstanding Service and Quality Product

    I can't say enough positive things about Exclusive Windows and Doors. We were referred by a friend since we previously had no idea about what to look for in window products. Exclusive uses Canadian Made North Star windows, which means they withstand the temperature swings of living in Southern Ontario and have a second to none warranty. Our experience working with Steve and Debra was outstanding from start to finish. Steve came to do our consultation and was able to provide full transparency about prices for the various features on the spot. This meant that we were involved in building a quote that allowed us to choose the features and upgrades we really wanted while staying within our budget (as opposed to going back and forth on options and feeling like we had to either overspend or miss out). Steve also provided advice and ideas that we wouldn't have even considered because we didn't know the products were available. Things like rain glass in our ensuite bathroom allowing for privacy but full light, or the in-door blinds in our patio slider, or even awning casements which allow us to create a cross breeze even when it rains. In the end we were surprised at how affordable our project was and so we added a new, oversized front door which has so dramatically changed our front facade. On install day the Exclusive Windows and Doors crew arrived on time and got to work immediately, taking care to protect our home from the debris and dust that accompanies such a big project. They were polite and efficient and cleaned up so well that, if it weren't for the new windows, there was virtually no evidence that they had been there. Steve even showed up to make sure things were running smoothly and ensure we were happy with the progress. We are so happy with our new windows and doors and highly recommend this experienced, family run business to anyone considering, or even just curious about, replacing such an integral part of your home. You're in good hands with these guys and you won't be disappointed!

    Exterior door installation

    Recommended by a neighbour. Company was prompt to answer inquiries and come to home to inspect. They have a good product line which made an easy choice. We had three doors installed by a very professional team in good time. Would definitely recommend this company

    Quality windows and doors

    Exclusive Windows & Doors replaced our windows 5 years ago and did an amazing job. This year they came back to replace our front door and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Their price, product quality and service is unbeatable!

    Bay Window, Upstairs windows ans Siding

    They replaced 4 upstairs windows, large bay window off the kitchen and the front and back siding. I felt it was a big project that took a decent amount of coordination. They did it in a reasonable leadtime and completed the project in two days. The crew was great - keeping the site (inside and outside) clean and tidy, accomodated a few special requests and did an excellent job. The windows are spectacular and the siding is excellent. They kept in touch with me through the whole process and they really cared about making a good job. I would unhesitatingly recommend them and I feel that I got a great price too!

    Window and sliding door replacement

    We used Exclusive Windows and doors to replace windows and a sliding patio door. We have lots of windows and an old Home, so we have been doing them in phases, and thus they are the third company we have used. By far we have been happiest with their product and service. Steve was honest in his quote, had some great suggestions for aesthetic changes and didn’t try to oversell us. The install team was also impressive. They were clean, friendly and very concerned to not cause any additional damage to our house (front door, drywall surrounding windows, etc). While any sales person can come and give a quote, the installation is where it counts- because they still care even after they’ve secured your business. We are very happy with the work that was done and will be using them again next spring to finish up the remaining windows. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
