We called Expert Electric in the morning and they said they would have someone out in the afternoon. We received a call around 2pm and he said he would be there in about 15 min. Dave fixed the problem in the previous wiring, as well as replacing the light switch and plate. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Excellent service. The office called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely use them in the future. Very pleased with the service.

One of our kitchen light stopped working. We needed it fixed within the day because my mother is almost blind and needs that light to work there. Brad came from Expert Electric and was very polite and new what was wrong and had it fixed in good time. Brad also inspected all of our electronics in out townhouse and now knowing everything is in order we feel better. Our family has now found our electric company. We will use them again and again.

I have recently completed kitchen renovations, contracting Expert Electric Ltd. regarding the electrical aspect. I found this company to be ethical, professional, reliable, and well organized, at the same time, reflecting a warm, friendly manner. My renovations were facilitated by Expert Electric. We purchased a home built in 1950 which was redone but needed to be inspected and updated. The electrician we had was very prompt and professional. He pointed out all the good and bad and gave us an estimate to fix it. Setting up the appointments were easy and the office staff was fantastic. We had him come back to repair everything he found wrong and put in some extra outlets. He was very efficient, professional and cost conscience. He told us the best way to meet our objectives and really went the extra mile to get the outlets where we needed them. They even called several days later to make sure everything was done properly. Great customer service! We now have our own electrician and refer him to all our friends. We will come back again and again! Expert Electric truly are experts at what they do.

I was impressed with the promptness of the service. Upon calling, they had an electrician come out the next day to fix the problem. I appreciate that he clearly explained the problem and two possible solutions. I knew that this was probably a simple job, but he completed quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to call them again for quick response and expert electrical service.

My goodness a company offering courtesy, promptness and professional service. Usually you any two out of three. Our problems were solved and in addition our other electrical circuits were checked. Even the smoke detectors!. Thanks for a good job.

I was very impressed with the politeness of our electrician and the work that he did. He was on time for both days on which he worked on wiring at our house, and not only did he fix the wiring problems in our house, but he did a few small things in the wiring for free. He was very knowledgeable, very efficient, and I would most definitely recommend Expect Electric to anyone. Great work!!

Well the Kitchen light fixture went kaput and the problem was that the power source had to be replaced. Called expert electric and the electrician was there the next day. Very professional, very satisfied with his service. Very nice guy too, Replaced the power supply with the latest along with supplying a new bulb to boot. Very very satisified. Very highly recomended. The telephone operator was also very nice.

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL.... GAVE EXTRA TIPS AND ADVICE. PART OF THE JOB WAS TO INSTALL A CEILING FAN. THE MOUNTING PLATE WAS MISSING FROM THE BOX AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PAID BY THE JOB AND NOT BY THE HOUR, HE WAITED FOR ME TO RETURN TO THE STORE AND GET ANOTHER ONE, SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. (I HAD COMPANY ARRIVING THE NEXT DAY AND FAN WAS TO BE MOUNTED IN GUEST ROOM)

Prompt initial call back and clear telephone communication. The company called prior to the service visit to confirm the electrician was on schedule. The electrician who made the service call was polite, easy to understand and patiently answered my many questions. He explained the work clearly, found and repaired my breaker-box problem quickly without adding unneeded work or padding the time. He also made several recommendations regarding product replacements for bathroom fan and kitchen range hood that I could pick up at any hardware store ahead of future work. I was so impressed I even phone the company to tell them!
