The site of the service was at a hall in Vancouver that will be 100 years old in 2023. Had the breaker panel brought up to code and had the lower hall T12 lights changed out to LED. The technician (Brad) is old school. Knows his stuff. Work was done in a timely manner, on budget with no high pressure upselling. Would definitely recommend this company. Ilona Smith

The Emily knob had been pulled out of the side of our house and the electrical drop was hanging low. I decided to see if it was worth upgrading from 100 A to 200 A service at the same time as reinstalling the Emily knob. Mike did a very thorough inspection and laid out my various options and possible consequences of upgrading the service. Given the cost and changes required to comply with current code, I decided against the service upgrade and just went with replacement of the Emily knob. Mike gave me a new quote and the job was done a few days later.

I had a problem with some of my electric stuff because some of these things are quite old so fat.I don't have any technical education or relevant experience so I needed someone to help me with my issue. My friend told me to try this company and I did it. I must say that the job was done well and the price is really affordable. Recommended!

Our older house ( built in 1983) needed several electrical updates , checks and additions. After searching around , we selected EXPERT ELECTRIC , based in large part on a personal recommendation from friends. It was good decision , because their technician,Tu, came promptly and on time, and gave us a detailed estimate, accompanied with some advice on how we could do some of the things we wanted. His estimate for the several jobs we needed doing was reasonable. When he came later to do the work, he stayed working steadily until all the jobs were done and we were satisfied. He pointed out some problems that could not have been foreseen until he started replacing some fittings , and gave us the option as to whether we wanted to take his advice. All his work and suggestions were up to code or above. His final bill was fair and while he charged us for the additional items we agreed to , the final bill was very close to his estimate. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and fair . We could not ask for or expect more. We will recommend this company , and our experience matches that of our friends who recommended them in the first place.

The booking of service was quick and easy and they helped schedule on a Sunday. Service was quick and everything seems to be ok now. Outside plugs were replaced and power restored. The only thing I can't speak to is whether the pricing was good as I did not do any comparisons.
