    New pool heater and move pump and filter

    Working with Gasfix was one of those rare occasions where a contractor actually does exactly what they said they would. Greg was informative, forthcoming and detailed exactly what would happen and when it would be done. What impressed me the most was how Greg worked with his team. He took every opportunity to detail the steps he was taking and why he was doing things a certain way. He was teaching his craft to his colleagues as the work was being done and that tells me that Gasfix will be a great company to work with for the foreseeable future!

    Pool heater

    Bryan and Farhaat came to remove my old pool heater and install a new one. Both were professional and polite and did an amazing job! They were punctual, cleaned their work area completely, and took the time to explain how to work the new heater and answer my many questions. Definitely would recommend their services.

    Quick Professional Service

    My fireplace needed a good cleaning. Asked one day, received service the next! Very professional courteous service! The technician left my fireplace looking like new. He cleaned up very carefully afterwards leaving everything immaculate. I was quite impressed and I don't impress easily. Excellent, excellent service! Anabel C.

    Pool heater

    Great experience. Scott came out for the quote and took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. A much better experience than the three nearby pool stores I visited for quotes. The installation went smoothly. The guys were on time, friendly, worked quickly while not cutting corners. A great experience.

    Pool heater

    Gasfix supplied and installed a new pool heater. From initial call, to quote, to install they were professional, on time, and totally hassle free. The job site left impeccable. An organized group.

    New pool heater

    Gasfix did a great job installing our new pool heater. We moved it into our pool shed so there was a lot of additional work required to replumb the water and gas lines. Bryan and Farhaat worked in the heat to get the work done on a timely basis. They arrived when they said they would, consulted me on where they ere going to put the heater and the gas and water lines and then got to work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This was a more detailed install for Farhaat and Bryan but our TSSA licensed gas technicians were ready and prepared for the job at hand. As noted, they completed the new plumbing, moved/re-piped the gas line and installed the unit properly and to code in the shed. As we provide warranty services as well, we know the requirements for proper ventilation. A new B-vent chimney system was installed as well as the indoor vent cap. The install also included the installation of two sets of air grills. We look forward to hearing from you again so we can complete the repair on your BBQ as well.     Pool heater install

    Unfortunately my existing pool heater did not function this year so I contacted Gas Fix for a service. Dwayne, the service technician, arrived on time and performed his assessment. The decision was made to replace rather than repair. Dwayne was able to provide a quote for the new heater and established a time for installation. A follow-up phone call a day prior was appreciated. I would like to commend the install technicians, Farhaat and Bryan, who actually arrived early and proceeded with a professional and time efficient replacement of the heater. Their customer service was excellent and the jobsite was left in perfect condition. I would happily contact Gas Fix again if a need were to arise in the future.

The initial service call on the Jandy was on a Friday and we replaced it with a Raypak pool heater by the following Tuesday. With the experience that our install crew - Bryan and Farhaat - have, they can provide a prompt, professional, efficient service. Instead of three different tradesmen, our crew can install the plumbing, hook up the gas and transfer the electrical.     Repair pool heater

    Our 19 year old pool heater had not worked in several years. The first person I called said it was a waste of a service call and that I should just replaced it . I then contacted Scott at gasfix. He came out when he said and even called to let us know he was on his way. All interactions with him were very professional and he explained the problem and the solution. His attitude has entirely different than the other person I called and did not think my only solution was to replace the pool heater. I rate the service experience 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Scott and gasfixrepair. Scott, thank you for the excellent service and for fixing our pool heater! We have TSSA licensed gas technicians who are factory-trained. We stay up-to-date on gas code requirements and ensure that the work we do is of a superior standard and quality. We specialize in the repair and maintenance of gas pool heaters (and gas fireplaces) and carry the parts on the vehicle so we can provide same-day service. As such, it makes more sense to provide a professional repair then just trying to sell you a new unit, especially if all you heater needs is some TLC. Scott had the high limits and pressure switch on the vehicle to repair the 19 year old Hayward heater. We're glad you didn't have to replace the heater either.     Pool heater

    Had our pool heater replaced by Gas Fix last week. I was very impressed with the prompt and quality service we received from Scott and his staff. The heater was professionally installed totally to my satisfaction. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company. They also provided a very competitive price. The work area was left clean and the old unit was removed from the premises. I am a very cautious and particular consumer and I would not hesitate for a moment to highly and confidently recommend Gas Fix or use Gas Fix for future needs

As we provide warranty services for some of the major manufacturers in the market, our TSSA licensed gas technicians know how to install a pool heater that is to code and that is to the manufacturer's specifications. That's why we include check valves and bonding wire in our quotes as they are requirements of a proper install under the manufacturer's installation instructions and electrical code. Our prices are also very competitive with the big fish in the market. Many of the organizations that sell pool heaters will only do the plumbing and you will still have to contact a gas fitter and in some cases, an electrician. They charge upwards to $300 just to do the plumbing and then will charge another $100 just to remove the heater. In our installation price, we do the plumbing, hook up the gas and for electronic units, can transfer the electrical. We also take away the old heater at no additional cost so it can be properly disposed of and recycled.     Gas Fireplace Repair

    Called GasFix, described the issue with 5 year old Kingsman zero clearance fireplace - pilot light not staying on. Dwayne showed up 4 hours later, tested the unit, replaced the thermocouple. Our flatscreen tv is above the fireplace. I asked about installing a fan kit to blow the hot air out and away from the flatscreen. Dwayne explained the blower function, noise, material cost, install time, etc. I added this to the service call. While the fireplace was disassembled Dwayne vacuumed and wiped down all the interior components. The blower is awesome! so quiet and can feel the heat out front, less heat hitting the flatscreen. I would recommend FasFix. Dwayne explained service and fees before going ahead with anything. Fireplace place looks showroom quality, especially now that the fake logs are in the right spot and all the debris is vacuumed up. To keep the unit safe I will service it through GasFix on a regular basis.
