    Backyard BBQ needs

    My old tired propane BBQ finally died. After the funeral and a few beers, we headed over to Home Depot for the spring specials. Free assembly and free delivery...but no help for contractors to install a new gas line. GasFix installed a new fireplace for me a couple of yrs ago and did a great job. I got a call back the same day and someone onsite the next day. Dwayne took the time to assess the best way get the line from my meter to the exact spot I wanted on my deck. He took the time, didn't rush the job and did an amazing job to fit the line in a discreet way. The team at Gasfix has been great to deal with. They take ownership of the work and I appreciate the customer service. Best of all; I felt like I got value for the money I paid. A quality group.

    Tankless water heater

    My rental water heater from Reliance stopped working on Friday, by Monday afternoon they still hadn't fixed it, so I called Gas fix Monday afternoon and by Wednesday they had installed a new tank less water heater. It works great, doesn't take up a lot of room. Thanx Gasfix for another great job. I will see you guys again when I need more repairs Kevin

    Hunter Fireplace

    We have used GasFix in the past had have been happy with their service. When a new problem occurred with our fireplace we called and a serviceman was out an hour later. Dwayne identified the problem and was able to complete the repair. During the inspection he identified an additional problem and was able to fix that as well. The service provided was excellent and we would not hesitate calling them again. Money spent was well worth it.

    gas fireplace kit replaced

    Dwayne provided excellent service to us when we called because the gas fireplace in our rental apartment stopped working. He knew the model even though there was no clear marking on it. When we decided to proceed he came again and replaced the gas fire kit within a few hours. He did a great job and our tenants thought we replaced the whole unit because it was so clean and 'new' looking!! Dwayne was punctual, courteous and pleasant to speak to. Thank you for the great service!!

Many other contractors would want to sell you a new unit not knowing that it could be repaired and cleaned to look like a brand new unit. This Cambridge model has a Mercury Flame Switch which is a part that is no longer sold due to the mercury. The repair when the Mercury Flame Switch fails is a new operating system, which is a new gas valve and a new pilot assembly. Because our technicians carry over 300 of the most common parts on the vehicle, we had the parts on the vehicle and were able to complete the repair in a prompt, efficient manner. Our technicians also service pool heaters, water heaters and furnaces as well. Should you have any issues in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.     Gas Line hook up to Replacement Gas Fireplace

    I contacted Gas fix (found using Google) to connect a replacement gas fireplace, the company was able to provide me with a competitive quote and set up an appointment the next day. The service technician Dwayne H was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to connect my fireplace in a timely and competent manner giving me piece of mind that my new fireplace will serve my family in a safe and comfortable way for years to come.     repair gas fireplace

    Majestic Gas fireplace

    House built 2002 existing gas fireplace. Fireplace switch intermittent needed attention. Scott phoned prior to arrival. Prompt and professional found problem immediately. Aside from vacuuming out the unit and using an air compressor to get to those areas the vacuum cannot reach, he test the safety on the gas valve. He took the time to clearly explain the maintenance process. I would definitely recommend Gasfix.

    Town & Country Fireplace Repair

    We purchased our fireplace from Hearth Manor in 2011 and they referred us to Gasfix Repair to complete the final installation. We were delighted with the service that they provided at that time, so when our fireplace stopped working, we were happy to be able to have a trusted service provider that we could call upon once again. Scott provided prompt service over the holidays. He came out the day after we called him to assess the repairs and the next day he returned to complete the work and now our fireplace is back up and running. Scott is very professional and detailed. He took great care to protect the floors while completing his work and cleaned the glass and mirrors in the fireplace and they look as good as new! Thanks again for the great job, Scott!

    Gas fireplace repair and cleaning

    This is the second time I have used Gasfix Repair for my two gas fireplaces and I am very please with this company. You get a warm friendly welcome when you call the office and you feel right away that your request is going be handled professionally and quickly. I called yesterday afternoon at 2 p.m. and had Dwayne Hamilton at my door the next day at 11 a.m. Dwayne was friendly, professional, neat, and very detailed oriented. I was concern that the fan on one of the fireplace might need to be replace because of a rattling noise but Dwayne notice that the fan was missing a support screw and fixed it way away. Then proceeded to really give both fireplaces a good cleaning. All I can tell you is that you get this great sense of trust with the company and their excellent technicians. Well done, I strongly recommend this company.....David

    Service Gas fireplace

    We called Gas fix on Wednesday and Dwyane arrived 8:30 Thursday morning. Dwayne did a fantastic job of servicing and cleaning our gas fireplace. He explained the settings available, reaaranged the logs, and even had the embers glowing which we did not know we could have. We would not hesitate to use or recommend Dwyane again. Very friendly and professional. Dwayne also gave us an appraisal of our fireplace and the cost of replacement parts in case we may have to have repairs down the road. This was very much appreciated. Our technicians do a thorough cleaning and take those additional steps to ensure your fireplace is in great working condition. Many contractors will light the unit and clean the glass but we do tend to take our service a step further. Aside from vacuuming out the unit and using an air compressor to get to those areas the vacuum cannot reach, we always test the safety on the gas valve, check for carbon monoxide and do a draft test on the ventilation. We also get many compliments on the glowing embers that are used. They definitely help disperse the flames to make it look like a real fire.
