Their communication could have been better. Needed lots of windows done. Asked for two quotes based on bottom line prices depending on which windows were done, but told by estimator that he could only provide one in writing and the explanations were very confusing. They emailed a very non-specific estimate, which you would think should have detailed which windows were going where . When the installers came to the house they told me quite a few windows they were about to do were different windows from those I'd specified--but eventually, when they saw the window sizes in their van, they realized I was right. Work was done well and efficiently. When they left there was no itemization warranty to state which windows were done when, which is confusing since other windows by the company had been done five years ago (thus affecting the starting point of guarantee differently for some windows). Emailed questions but no response. Phoned and they said they have records but they would have to access them but the person who could do that was away. I yet to hear back from them after a month.
