    Townhouse Complex

    50+ Unit Townhouse Complex. Complete porch and garage threshold restoration. Goldwell had all the right products, colours, equipment and expertise. As promised, they stayed with this large project continuously in spite of extremely poor weather conditions. The business office was always responsive to numerous requests for information & updates. The four person crew were diligent every day taking care to be respectful to the owners and their property. The finished product/workmanship is exactly as was specified. Good work Goldwell.

    Front Porch and Steps concrete repair and waterproofing

    Kris and his crew were courteous, professional and detailed from start to finish, The job was complicated by terrain and the non stop rainy weather, and they needed to work around it without compromising the quality. The result was excellent. The office staff was very professional and helpful as well, Goldwell provides quality work, competitive prices, excellent product. Very pleased, thank you!

    Garage flooring (epoxy)

    Great job by Goldwell Restoration! We’re happy with the look of our garage floor. Kris and his team were professional and pleasant. Monika was very prompt in returning calls/messages. Would recommend Goldwell Restoration to my family and friends.

    Basement - cement sealant (waterproofing) and filling in cracks

    Very pleased with the results of the work done by Goldwell Restoration. The crew was very professional and kept the area clean. They explained everything clearly with regards to what was going to be done and it was done in a timely fashion. Would recommend Goldwell Restoration and would use their services again. Thank you.

    Garbage room access ramp.

    As soon as we submmited my request a representative from Golwell restoration got in contact with me to discuss the preject details. After that, everything went smoothly. Kris came over to our site for the scope of work and and we got the estimate for the job the following day. Once we got the approval for the work to be completed they did the work in a very efficient way. I have no complaints. I will definetely recommend Goldwell restoration and hire them for any future projects.

    Front stair repair

    Our concrete front stairs started cracking due to settling of the house. A crack formed at the top of the stairs and started leaking into our cold room. Goldwell recommended we put a flexible coating over top... a product called graniflex. The final product looks amazing and we are very happy. Kris and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. The crew was professional and had good attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

    walkway and steps refinish

    Although we started about 2 or 3 years ago, Kris the owner wanted to wait for the concrete to settle a bit more before starting the restoration work. The men started the job and were very professional and meticulous in their work. In the end they created something neither I nor my wife had anticipated. We love it!

    Concrete surface protection

    We have a concrete wall/staircase at the backyard. The condition of the concrete was OK, but the surface was considered to be unpleasant. We had Goldwell to come in to carry out the concrete surface protection. They did a good job. Thanks for their wonderful works.

    Garage Repair + Full Broadcast Epoxy Coating

    I reached out to Goldwell Restoration about getting my garage floor repaired. The garage floor was neglected by the previous owners and had major cracks, pitting and areas of water pooling. My initial correspondence was via email in which the provided a quote for the job. The price was within reason and we took it to the next step. Where Kris came to the site to review the process, needs and final costing based on changes we wanted. The whole process took about a week to finish due to the patch work, epoxy, wall finishing, etc that need to be prepped before the final full broadcast was done. We are extremely happy with quality, service and interactions throughout the entire process.
