    Working cool in swealtering heat

    I needed my 40 year [maybe older?] concrete steps repaired, the bottom one had collapsed and my front walkway [as old as those steps was starting to crumble. I did my research and contacted Goldwell for a quote for this 'not so big a job' project. I was so pleased that there was virtually instant response to my inquiry. The quote was what I had estimated it should be. I met with the very tall [he almost had to duck under my door frames!] Kris to review what would happen. The next pleasant piece of this story is that when | agreed to go ahead with the job it was to start the next week. Wow, I thought, this small job is being given as much importance as a large one! When everything started as planned the weather was absolutely horrendously hot and humid. Two young men, Robert and Raphael formed the team who worked on this project from beginning to end. They kept the work areas as clean as working with rubble and concrete allows. The result of the concrete work is excellent. The stairs look brand new and the front walkway pristine! These two young men never faltered in the searing heat. The job was finished and the final thorough clean up done in good time. I have another project on my list and Goldwell will doubtless be my 'go to' company.

    Stucco and pavers re setting

    Done promptly on time as scheduled Cleaned up as specified Professional and very courteous Unlike most of the competition " they showed up"

    Garage Floor Epoxy

    When it comes to concrete finishing there are loads of contractors that talk a good game, but Paula and Chris really do quality work. Their crew show up on time, do a perfect job and leave the job cleaner than they found it. Thank you for your efforts Goldwell.

    refinish patterned concrete walkway, porch and driveway

    The final product is very impressive. I had tried,over the years, to remove previous coats of sealer but probably used the wrong sealant remover and a less powerful powerful power washer than is needed for the work

    Concrete porch and concrete stairs repair

    I'm proud to say my concrete porch and steps look good. Talk about curb appeal. The crew had a vacuum cleaner going to minimize airdust during preparatory sanding. They also cleaned the surroundings after each day of work.

    Refinishina a cedar deck

    Tired of power washing your deck every year? I Was, so Chris from Goldwell Restoration suggested re sanding my deck and putting on a coat of polyaspatic coating. Chris and hurbert answered all my questions and concerns so I went on holidays and when I returned my deck was finished and the results were amazing,finally a no maintanence cedar deck. I would highly recommend Chris and his staff.

    Concrete refinishing - patio and stairs

    Project started and was completed within agreed to timeframe. The crew worked steadily without complaint despite the searing heat. Every day, even though they would be returning the next day, all their tools were removed and everything was cleaned. Honestly, my backyard has never been so clean. Martin and his co-worker were a pleasure to deal with. Paula politely kept communications open throughout the project and Kris, the big guy, seems to genuinely care that the job is done well. The whole team work hard to ensure the client is informed and satisfied.

    Waterproofing & Basement Restoration

    Goldwell came in and did our entire cold cellar (wall, ceilings and floor) - they waterproofed, did mold removal, and put in a new epoxy coating. In the furnace room they stripped the paint off the floor, then did all the grinding, buried the drain hose and then put epoxy on the floor as well. What was most impressive was seeing the workers taking so much care in protecting our belongings from the dust the job would create. Our living space was left clean after the job was done. They even offered to come back and help move large pieces back into the room after the paint dried! Great service! We would not hesitate to recommend Goldwell for any project!

    Applied polyaspartic coating to an old deck.

    Chris's crew did a fabulous job refinishing my >25 year old deck. They sanded everything down and applied a polyaspartic coating and it's looking better than new. I scratched the deck (my error, dragging a table across it before the finish complete hardened). Chris came within 2 days and fixed it up. Really appreciate his quick response.

    Concrete repair

    Wall to wall crack in the garage floor was very professionally repaired. Cause was identified as water leaking under the floor in one area which caused the underlying base to erode severely. A small floor area was removed and non shrink grout poured in making the underlying area solid again. Fresh concrete added to repair the crack and professionally finished. Concrete steps also repaired. The people who did the work arrive when they say they will, complete their work in a professional manner and leave the premises clean and tidy. They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job.
