I found Heating Plus through Homestars( which I found very helpful in making a decission ) I received very honest options from the technician and decided to replace my Air Conditioning Unit, at the same time he provided options to improve indoor air quality in our home so we went with Duct Cleaning, Air Filtration Unit and a New Air Conditioning system, the cost was much lower than I had thought which worked out as a nice surprise!, They finished the work yesterday and both units seem to be operating properly, The old unit was removed and disposed of and the basement was kept clean afterwards,I will use and recommend them.

Paul and his team from Heating Plus were Superb, they completed the entire project for us on time and within budget, They changed our house over from radiators to a Forced Air System , we had them install a New Furnace, New Central Air and install the entire duct system, the work was excellent and I want to say thanks to them for putting up with all the changes I wanted. Heating Plus is the number one choice if your concerned with quality and price, they offer both at the same time, they recently installed a Two stage variable speed furnace and 14 Seer A/C at our home and we couldn't be happier, both the work and equipment is excellent and we can't believe how quiet this furnace is compared to our old one, Heating Plus should be your number one choice because they really do care about the quality of work they do!

Our 20 year old furnace died one night and since the clear Homestars.com choice is Heating Plus, we called them in. Paul came the next day, identified the problem and we decided to replace rather than fix. The price quoted was very competitive and came with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. The guys who came to do the replacement were very professional (and although they were late, Paul's wife was kind enough to call ahead and let us know, so there was little aggravation on our part). All in all, the furnace works great and we're very satisfied with the work and value for money. ------------------------ Since this review was posted, we've experienced some serious problems with our furnace, namely that it stopped working altogether. We had a professional HVAC contractor look at our furnace and he told us it was amateurishly installed. We also found out to our utter stuptefaction that our thermostat was set up for a single stage furnace, meaning that all of that energy savings from our double stage furnace were never realized. Then we checked the Better Business Bureau - they get an "F" grade (the lowest possible) and were suspended as members. STAY AWAY

I've used the services of Heating Plus many times and have always been happy with the work they do. The technicians are polite, honest and you always get a fair price on any work that you require, I highly recommend Heating Plus to you.

I am very thankful that I found Paul from Heating Plus he offered very honest advise to me regarding my furnace, I decided it was in my best interest to replace rather than repair. Through Paul's effort I will be receiving about $1300 in rebates so the cost is more than offset by the rebates and energy savings that I will be getting from my new furnace.
