    reconnect doorbell

    This is my second time using Hi-Lite Electric. I had a smaller job for them this time - reconnecting my doorbell and Matthew came alone. He was fast and thorough. He made sure everything on the circuit the doorbell was on was safe and of course, now the doorbell works! He spent less time than he allocated so I paid less than his quote! Thanks again Matthew!

    Hydro Mast

    I can't enough about Hi-Lite. They really bailed us out from ice storm damage. Spoke with Angie on Dec 29. Tyler came on Dec 30 and provided estimate to repair main line mast. Returned on Xmas Day to do work. FABULOUS!

    correct electrical defects

    I had a general electrical inspection to get house insurance and the inspector found some defects. I hired Hi-Lite to correct the defects as they were BBB accredited and had no complaints. I have a tight deadline to get an ESA certificate and Hi-Lite was able to get the work done quickly and correctly. It was a snowy day when they came and all the workers wore booties to keep the house clean and they cleaned up after their work was done. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Matthew and his team. Great job guys!

    fixed electrical baseboards

    Matthew solved the problem and ensured the rest of the heaters worked in the home. Very professional, extremely pleasant to work with... Was not sure what to expect as I found this company on the internet and after this wonderful experience, I feel it best to pass this info along for others looking for a good company! Hope this helps!     rerouted my light fixtures

    When I called HI-Lite the receptionist was very well full and answer all my question the electrician came he was very professional . He resolve my problem I am happy with the work done in my house.

    Electrical Work

    I have used Hi-Lite Electric for a series of electrical services in my home and I am most impressed by the work and the service I received. I always knew up front what my costs were going to be so there were no surprises; the work was done properly and cleanly, followed by a written guarantee; and the service men were very professional, courteous and on time. Hi-Lite Electric reminded me of what great customer service is all about! I will definitely use their services again in the future and will tell my friends that Hi-Lite Electric is the go-to guy for great electrical service. I give them 9/10.

    No Power to Range Hood

    Last Monday I sent an e-mail re. my problem to Hi-Lite, I had used them before and was very happy with the service. I got a call back right away and technician arrived within an hour! Service was quick and friendly, very happy, again.

    Problem with breaker panel

    I am very impressed with Hi-Lite Electric. Phoned them at 6.45a.m. in a panic. Matthew was at my house by 7.15a.m. He was professional, polite, and super efficient. He showed me all his and the companies credentials before starting work. I will definitely recommend the Company. Thank you for your help.

    GFI and switch did not work.

    The service was excellent as Tyler came on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure and explained what was wrong and fixed the problem without any issues. Great job and this company is very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

    Circuit breaker

    The circuit breaker in our house was not working properly, so I called Hi-Lite Electric, on the recommendation of a friend who used them before. The person who picked up the phone was friendly. After explaining the situation, with in minutes we were able to set up an inspection the next day. The professional who arrived the next day seemed to really know what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly and returned a few days later to fix it. It was a great experience. The circuit breaker has been functioning perfectly ever since!
