From the initial contact with Hi-Lite Electric the service has been exceptional. We had four items to be addressed and could not be more happy with the work your electrician, Tyler, did. He is a very pleasant, professional and had all of the work completed in a very short time. We will not hesitate to highly recommend Hi-Lite Electric to friends, family and neighbors and use your services for any future work.

I called Hi-Lite Electric, because I was having an electrical issue, the technician they sent out to me was Matthew – He was GREAT! Arrived on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up completely after himself, showed me what needed to be repaired, explained the whole process and explained all the fees. Matthew represents the company VERY WELL. I am in a “service” position and the people I send out to our customers represent our company’s name and standards – so I know how important an excellent team member can be – So, when I think of your company (Hi-Lite Electric), I think of Matthew!

Very pleasurable experience. They called back quickly on my initial inquiry and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Two electricians showed up on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They showed me what they were doing and explained why, and explained things about the relevant electrical code as they worked. They were even courteous enough to let me know when they were flipping the breakers so I could power down my computer.. I never got that "being taken for a ride" feeling you sometimes get with contractors. I will definitely use them again when I need more electrical work done.

After an excellent referral from my brother, we called Hi-Lite Electric to get some electrical work done at our home (they installed an outlet in the garage for our garage door opener, and, put in new wiring in our Living Room for a fixture). Matthew and Tyler told us exactly what they were going to do and left behind no mess at all! Thanks

I accidentally stumbled onto Hi-Lite Electric due to eletrical issues with my home. With power going on and off I needed a company who could come in and provide after-hour support and resolve my issues. Thanks to google I landed with Hi-Lite and the moment I called I received a warm voice who greeted me and basically listened to my issues. Less than an hour a Hi-Lite Eletrician entered my home identifying himself, presented himself in a clean and astute manner, and went over his certification, company policies, and most importantly informed me that as a customer he would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. The Electrician (named Tyler) spent quality time diagnosing the issue, took extra care not to make my home unclean with his boots by wearing booties, and basically worked with me to repeat the issue. Shortly after he noted the problem and began working to repair the situation. As there are many Electricians in the market I was very fortunate to select Hi-Lite for their intergrity, professionalism, and most importantly making me feel comfortable with the process and keeping me in the loop on every step. Thank you Hi-Lite!

Incredibly prompt, friendly and efficient service. The lights and outlets in my kitchen stopped working the night before, apparently due to poor wiring of an outlet. I called at 8am the next morning and left a message. I got a return call within ten minutes, Matthew showed up within 45 minutes, and the problem was completely fixed within an hour and a half of my initial call- and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Hi-Lite to anyone in need of an electrician

When we discovered that our new home's hard-wired smoke detector system was not working we knew it was time to call in an expert ASAP. We immeadiately searched reviews on 'homestars' and decided to contact Hi-lite Electric based on customer reviews. I spoke to Angie explaining my concern over an urgent safety matter. We arranged for an appointment the next day. I was surprised when minutes later Luciano (the owner) called me back to give me some tips to troubleshoot the smoke detector system myself to save the cost of a service visit. After performing the checks myself it was confirmed that problem was for a professional. I called Luciano back and he told me that he would come out himself the very next morning. Luciano arrived right on time and immediately reviewed his qualifications, transparent pricing and walked us through the approach to diagnose our issue. Our issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed ensuring the safety of my family and home. In solving our problem he revealed that there were some further safety issues and a code violation. Hi- Lite provided a temporary fix and promised to return the following week once an additional resource was available along with parts and a permit to do the required work. I appreciated the attention to compliance and details to ensure that the job was done right. Sure enough Luciano returned and fixed the items which were non-compliant and performed a top to bottom circuit check for our home. We were very happy with level of professionalism, transparency of work and focus on customer service. I felt so positive about the service I received that I already recommended Hi-Lite to my family!

It was a big deal to us that Hi-Lite responded to our inquiry quickly, returned our calls, and showed up when they said they would. It’s surprising how many trade people don’t do these things. Tyler worked quickly and efficiently, and the exhaust fan that he installed to replace the broken one looks and works great. He was really personable and took the time to answer all of our other questions. Would highly recommend Hi-Lite Electric to anyone, and we will definitely use them again.

Luciano & his team performed an upgrade of the electrical service in my house from a 60amp service to a 200amp service. He came to my house and, after listening to me about the work I wanted done, explained in a very professional, but, understandable way what he was planning to do and why. He made me feel comfortable that he and his team were well qualified to do the work. It was very easy for me to sign a contract and have his team perform the work that I needed done. The work space was kept tidy and cleaned at the end of the day. In addition, the reasonable quoted price was exactly what I paid at the end of the project. I am extremely pleased with the work Luciano and his team did and would recommend them without reservations.
