    Repeat Customer - Very Happy with Electrical Service

    I have entrusted all my electrical needs to Hi-Lite Electric Inc. for many years. Hi-Lite Electric has always completed the electrical work that I have required "right" the very first time. The staff are extremely professional and have always provided the highest degree of customer service.     Electrical Repair

    It was a pleasure doing business with Hi-Lite Electric! It's reassuring to find a contractor out there that you can trust to do good work at a fair price. It's also been a long time since someone called me a few days after a job was done just to follow-up and make sure everything was satisfactory. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrical company.

    Fixed Hallway Recepticle

    I was very satisfied with the service provided by Hi-Lite Electric. They responded to my call and provided service promptly, as promised. Their charges were reasonable and well explained. I especially liked their thoroughness, they called my attention to electrical and safety needs in my house, of which I had been unaware of. This shows their desire to do the best for their clients, and the pride they take in their profession. I highly recommend Hi-Lite Electric.

    1/2 Power - Dryer Not Working

    Imagine my delight when I phoned Hi-Lite Electric after finding them on the internet and a friendly helpful voice greeted me. It did not end there, as Angie listened to my electrical problem offered some suggestions before sending someone out and it worked. Even though no one from their company physically came to the house, my problem was solved....I have already started telling my friends about Hi-Lite, thanks again. Mary

    Everything Upfront and Explained in Detail

    I like that Hi-Lite Electric's electrician explained everything in detail and we knew how much everything was going to cost. He was very upfront. He also stated that there was a problem with some wiring that was previously done. I appreciate this, as safety is very very important. I like that he was not afraid to tell us this. I asked him also to look at a future job and he did so without any problem. He was not rushed. While he was here doing the work, we were his only concern at the time. Very much apprecitated. I would recommend Hi-Lite Electric to family and friends without a second thought.

    solving electrical problems, installing ceiling fans

    I have had 2 jobs done by this company. They are very friendly and up front about cost for work done. It's nice to know that they back up their work (they explain all this from the beginning) I called them as they had a good BBB rating and it shows. I would Hi-Lite recommend them for anyone needing electrical work!

    Reinstall 2 Switches & Fix Connections

    Matthew and Tyler from Hi-Lite Electric corrected an electrical problem in my kitchen, and as an additional service they provided a full safety inspection report on all electrical components in my house, patio and garage. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and the extra time they took to explain things to me, I would highly recommend Hi-Lite Electric!

    Overloaded outlets and Ceiling Fans Installed

    Hi-Lite Electric was quick, clean, and successful in adding electric outlets to prevent recurring power overloads on certain outlets in our kitchen. The same day they also installed two ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in our family room. Are they the cheapest? ...No. But, you get what you pay for. And I will pay Hi-Lite Electric again to do my remaining electrical work in our home.

    Electrical Panel Upgrade

    "Hi-Lite Electric, from my first conversation with Angie on the phone, to the estimate (by Luciano), to the work being done by Matt and Tyler, was completely professional! They stand head and shoulders above any experience I've had with electricians in the past. They were punctual and priced right in the upper middle range of the estimates we received. I cannot say enough about how good they are and how happy we are with their work. They will do any electrical work I need done in the future."

    Excellent Electrical Service Provided

    Tyler and Matthew arrived on time, walked through all the electrical repairs before starting to ensure they understood the expectations, asking questions & offering suggestions & confirming the pricing structure for service call items. Once started, they worked efficiently & neatly. They were conservative in their promises and over-delivered in both quality and cost-effectiveness. I would not hesitate to call Hi-Lite Electric again.
