New front door
We would like to thank Tony, Carol and the rest of the team at Home Decor Windows & Door Centre Inc. We are so pleased with our new door, it gave our home an instant facelift! The staff was courteous, professional and efficient. They made the entire process from estimate to installation seamless. We couldn't be happier with the end result and we are already highly recommending this amazing company. Initially there was some concern raised by some family members about going from a double door entrance to a single door entrance. We were supported by the team at Home Decor Windows & Door Centre and eventually when the doors and side panels were installed those doubters became believers. Door purchase
We have had this company work for us in the past and we have recently moved out of Ontario but it was imperative that their company product be installed in our new 5000 sq ft home. Sales, Service and product OUTSTANDING. Only place to shop for windows and doors. Don't go anywhere else. Our rating 10 times 10. Thank you Tony and Carol. T n T

Beautiful front door
We met at a home show and we were impressed with the quality of the product. We met with the respresentative who came to our home & thoroughly discussed our needs. we were invited to the showroom, and were able to see the door being produced. Home Decor was able to give us the door we wanted. The installers were great, and we are happy with the finished product. Thank you Home Decor!

Custom Front Doors for my home and sliding door at my Park Home
Glad to say my husband and I were impressed with the quality of the product, we met with the respresentative who came to our home & thoroughly discussed our needs. At their showroom we were able to see how the door would be produced. Home Decor was able to give us the door we wanted. The installers were great, and we are happy with the finished product.

Windows & Doors
I contacted Home Decor back in the spring, and after many estimates, and lots of research, we ordered our new windows and doors. The price was a little more than some of the competitors, but Joe (our salesman) explained things well to my wife and I, and we decided to proceed. We were nervous but felt comforted by the fact that the company has been in business a long time, and has a great reputation! We even visited the showroom, and got to see some doors being produced in person, which helped us select the perfect door for our home. We entered into the agreement in August, and the installation team lead by Frank did an unbelievable job and all in 2 days. Great clean up and they worked so well together! Our homes beautiful, and we expect lots of comfort in the upcoming cold weather. Ed

2 executive doors and a custom wrought iron window
We had Home Decor install 2 executive front doors and a cutom wrought iron window in August. Overall the doors are nice, as is the window, however, response time and quality of work is something that was not up to our standards. The team who installed the doors left a large scratch behind and did not proactively reach out to us to fix it. These doors cost $7000 and if we wanted a door with a scratch on it I'm sure we could have paid far less. We hounded the company to come and have someone fix the door and it was a very frustrating experience. A company that leaves a scratch behind on day one, basically leaving you with a damaged product, and then you have to chase them down to fix it shows little integrity and non-existent customer service. After a many weeks they finally sent someone to fix the scratch. Once the panel had been reinstalled we noticed 2 new scratches on the door left by Home Decor's team. We once again called the company to find out what could be done have yet to hear back. It has been quite a few weeks now and we’ve heard nothing. As of today we have expensive new doors with scratches on them and not even an apology from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

We were surprised to receive this review. This customer received a beautiful door system within the delivery time frame. The door was installed and as with all our installations a Completion Form was returned to our office completed by the Customer completely happy with the process from the initial representative to the installation including the comment "Excellent crew to work with & represent your company". Unfortunately, when the peephole was installed on the door, the installer left a small scratch. We arranged with this customer to replace the scratched panel & upon completion of the service, this customer signed-off on the service that it was inspected & completed to her satisfaction. So it seems a contradiction of facts which we document on file. It is unfortunate that this customer feels that she did not receive service to her satisfaction that warranted such a negative review.

Windows
In early July we had the windows on our entire house replaced by Home Decor Window and Door Centre. Our salesman Joseph was excellent from beginning to end. He came and measured our windows and made really helpful suggestions as to what kind of windows we should put in each spot (i.e. frosted windows in the bathroom or windows that opened differently than what we already had). He respected our budget and helped us stay as close to it as possible. As well, he made sure he came and checked on the job as it was being installed to make sure everything was going smoothly. As for the installation, Frank and his crew of 2 other guys were amazing. They arrived on time, got right to work and managed to finish the job in the time they said they would. They were careful with our things while working in the house and cleaned up everything after themselves, both inside and outside the house. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Home Decor Window and Door Centre and would highly recommend them to anyone! Although windows are a very expensive investment, they are totally worth it!

New front door and side lights
We were looking to replace our 30 year-old front door, side lights and overhead transum. We had several vendors simply quote a replacement for what was currently there but Tony De Bartolo from Home Decor was the only vendor who actually discussed different alternatives of size, shape, colour and design which we had never considered before. His suggestions were not only wonderful, but added a whole new appearance to our entrance. We've had numerous cmpliments on the design and workmanship. Well done !!!

new WINDOW and DOOR to 3rd storey addition
The Team at Home Decor were fantastic from the consultation and design to the manufacturing and installation process. As always, they were very professional, provided excellent products and beautiful workmanship. We are repeat customers, having used Tony at home decor to replace all the windows and doors to our home. Thanks for helping make our home one of the nicest on the street.

Full replacement front door
With a major home reno, needed a new front door. Home Decor was the only company I could find offering a true vinyl door and frame, that LOOKED like real wood; in virtually any stain colour required. After making an initial decision of a white frame and a stained door, we changed our mind to a have the frame stained as well. At that point the door was already in production and a change was too late. Joe our account manager called us back a week later and had another customer with the same frame size who required their frame in white. Joe was able to switch the frames!... This was great news! The installation crew did an amazing job, sealed the gaps, fitted the door and finished everything off. The door is now the centerpiece of our new home. Thanks to everyone at Home Decor!
