Services have degraded
I have been a customer with Home Turf for a few years now. The first couple of years were great. They would come to re-spray with no issue, and helped control Creeping Charlie with huge success.
However, things really changed this year. There is no advance notice of when a service will be performed, despite of my repeated requests. I had asked for aeration and overseeding to be performed in the fall. This morning, a technician came to do aeration and overseeding, again without advance notice. When I called the office, the office told me that there was a system glitch. The customer service rep. offered overseeding in the fall again, but not aeration, because aeration could only be done once a year.
Reading other recent reviews, I noticed a pattern of performing service without advance notification, and declining service quality. I am really disappointed with Home Turf this year, and would not recommend their lawn care services.
