    Very professional & Responsive customer service during and after

    I was recommended this vendor by my Agent that sold us the house. The staff that arrived was so professional and so responsive. I was so impressed by their service. They really worked hard to install our required equipment and even going above and beyond to explain and find solutions for our queries. I was so impressed by even the after installation service.

    Replaced heating and AC with Lennox system

    My current heating and AC was about 15 years old so I called Husky to get a quote on a new system last year with the intention of replacing my system in the spring. Unfortunately my mother board in my furnace blew on me at the end of January. I called Husky back and they had a new Lennox system installed in 1 day!. I felt the salesperson was very honest and the installers were very clean and professional. The head office was also very timely in following up with me with respect to the energy audit rebates. I would hire Husky again and would highly recommend their services. Keep up the great work HUSKY!!! Matt

    furnace and a/c

    Last winter my furnace stopped working on me. This is after i spent almost $2500 on repairs and service over the last 2 seasons. I called the company i was dealing with at that time and they wanted another $600 for replacing the mother board. I decided to call around and get quotes for replacement. Almost all the quotes were around the same price so i decided to go with husky because they were pretty straight foward and no pressure whatsoever. I was pleased with the way how husky handled everything(Sergie was awesome and installers Sam and Ali did a wonderful job with the installation). Husky originally gave me a quote for furnace replacement but i asked for replacement of my water tank and a/c at the same time. I have got nothing but good things to say about the entire process. I recommend them to someone around my area and they were quite pleased with how everything was done.

    Excelent Work

    Husky did a great job in replacing my furnace and water heater: fast response, flexible schedule, good price and excellent work. I strongly recommend Husky to anyone looking for a heating and air conditioning vendor or installer.

    Furnace service call

    My family and I are very pleased with the service we received from Husky Heat &AC. Our furnace was giving us trouble and I could not figure what was wrong with it. The technician the sent over ( I think his name was Andre?) He was professional and knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem in no time. Will definitely call Husky for future service calls

    Water Heater and Furnace Service

    We have used Husky for a few years now, and I'm really glad we found them, as they have been excellent in every way. Very friendly taking my initial call, responsive, timely and with very knowledgeable staff. For example we had a finicky water heater and lost our hot water a couple of times and they were able to provide a couple of options and successfully fix it. Also did a furnace inspection recently and were extremely thorough with recommendations, but they don't push unnecessary services, so I always feel I'm serviced fairly and effectively. Highly recommended!

    New Lennox Furnace & Humidifier Installed

    Purchased a new Lennox furnace and humidifier through Costco and Husky Heating and Air Conditioning was the authorized contractor doing the installation. They arrived when they said they would and the install went smoothly. Sam and Ali were professional and polite. They explained everything once the job was completed and cleaned up! I would definitely recommend Husky Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends.

    Installation of HVAC

    Sam and Ali who came to replace our furnace, AC and water heater were prompt and efficient in their work. They also ensured that there was minimal dirt by ensuring they kept the rugs everywhere in the house and also vacuuming the basement at the end of their work. They also contacted the Energy Inspector who was there the next day. Sam explained me how to operate all these equipment. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them. The sales agent Dmitiri was also very helpful.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation

    Our 40 year old furnace failed in the middle of the night January 29th. As it turns out the fan motor was dead and Enercare could only source the part in 6-8 weeks. I did a search on homestars and ended up calling Husky and speaking to Dominic. I explained our emergency situation and the need for a furnace asap. He met me out at the house within the hour for a site inspection. He was very professional and did not try to over sell equipment that was not necessary. He took the time to ask questions regarding the house, and how long we plan on keeping the house before selling. We settled on equipment and he managed to squeeze us in for the following day. The crew that showed up the following day was very professional and did an excellent job and not only installing the equipment. Sam took the time to explain everything and how it works, and they left the work site in immaculate condition. Our new furnace is amazing. It's so efficient and quit we hardly know it's on but it is doing an amazing job at heating the house. The house feels very warm compared to the old furnace. I am so happy I found Husky and would highly recommend them!

    Service call on cold and snowy weekend, and furnace replacement

    My furnace went off on a cold and snowy Saturday. The phone of my regular service provider (and installer of the furnace) was not answered. I called Husky, and was assured that a technician would phone me in 15 minutes. Dan phoned, and while he was still on another job, he could be with me in 2 hours' time. Dave phoned me before two hours was up to explained that Dan was tied up, and arranged for him to help me out. Dave was with me in 10 minutes' time. Following inspection he set the furnace to work on a temporary basis, and explained that the heat exchanger had to be replaced because of flame rollback, and other options available to me. I asked for a replacement, and he arranged for the sales staff to call me Sunday. Before he left, Dave tested for presence of carbon monoxide in vicinity of furnace, including locations within the hot air ducts, and assured me the furnace was operating safely. Arrangement was made on Sunday, for installation team led by Francisco to replace the furnace on Monday morning. It snowed fairly heavily while work was being done, yet the team kept the work area inside the house, down to the basement where the furnace is, reasonably tidy and dry at all times. Work was completed in less than 3 hours. I have decided to switch to Husky H & AC for my HVAC work, and would recommend them to my friends.
