I called Husky Heating & Air Conditioning to obtain a quote for central air conditioning. Dimitry came to my house on time and quoted me. He explained the whole process to me. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY COMPETITIVE in his pricing. We decided to go with Husky Heating & Air Conditioning. Our unit was installed on a Saturday. His team showed up on time and were also very professional. There was no mess left behind at all. They explained how to operate the system in great detail. Ruslan the Tech from Husky Heating & Air Conditioning came out on June 19-2023 to service our A/C unit for standard yearly cleaning, Ruslan is very polite and very well trained with these units for repairs and maintenance if needed. Air conditioning replacement and Hot Water Tank replacement. Dimetri gave a very competitive price and provided next day service from Sam and Ahmed. Both of these employees were attentive and responsive to customer's questions; answering thoroghly, courteously and making every effort to ensure all was done with diligence. After inquiring with several companies about Tankless Water Heater installation I called back to Husky Heating and Air Conditioning to arrange to purchase the Tankless Water Heater from them. I talked to Dimitri late in the afternoon and when he asked when I would like the install, I said as soon as possible. Dimitri advised that they could install the new unit the next morning. I agreed and the installers Edyn and Alex arrived the next morning at the time specified in my conversation with Dimitri. Drop clothes were placed along entire path from front door to furnace room. The old water heater was removed and the new water heater installed in a very professional manner. The plumbing and gas was installed in a clean and neat manner. I was asked if the outside venting placement was satisfactory before finalizing the vent connections (it was). All plumbing and gas piping removed during the install along with any packaging was taken for disposal and the entire furnace room cleaned and swept. The entire process from first initial call to completion of install was handled in an efficient, professional manner and I would most certainly recommend Husky Heating and Air. We have used Husky for a new air conditioner and most rfecently, a new furnace. On both occasions, they took the time to educate us and explain our choices. After purchase, they sent a clean working competent crew to install the furnace. Service is always easy and prompt and I have recommended them to friends and neighbours. Husky has been servicing my furnace, air conditioner and humidifier for several years after installing the A/C and humidifier. Their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. Dave in particular was great on my last service. He was thorough and professional. I look forward to them servicing my furnace before winter.

Our A/C died and we decided to replace the furnace as well. I went with Husky because of their ratings on Homestars and the professionalism and promptitude of the offer made by Dmitri. The installers, Sam and Ahmed were very professional, always with a smile and always ready to listen, address and explain the questions we had.
