    Problematic since the beginning

    I bought the top of the line AC from this company. It is a high efficiency lennox AC for 3k 5 years ago and since this AC had been installed it has always been problematic. We had to call them for service almost every year with the same problem. It is definitely an installation problem with the way the pipe was installed. It is constantly leaking water from it every year. Im tired of calling them....now looking for othet AC technician.

    New Air Conditioner

    In the middle of a heat wave, our conditioner broke. Called Husky to provide the initial diagnosis and were told that the compressor needs to be replaced. Due to age of the existing unit, we were advised not to spend money on installing new compressor to an old unit, its not worth and to put the money towards a new energy efficiency system. We listened. They came next day on time to install the new unit, it took them almost 5.5 hours by the time they were finished. Next day we noticed that the coil froze and the unit was no producing cold air. We called Husky right away and after discussing with them the issue, within 1.5 the installer was back again to look at that problem. We are not sure what he did but our new A/C is now perfectly working and have had no issues since then. We are pretty satisfied with Husky's service and prompt attention to the problem. We have used them in the past for annual maintenance and we will definitely use them again to ensure our new unit last more than 17 years this time. Call Husky, you won' be disappointed.

    Air Conditioner

    Our A/C unfortunately stopped working a few days ago. I called Husky that same day, (who installed my furnace a few years ago), for after-hours service and they were there that night to investigate. We could not repair as the motor died and the unit was old and had to replace the A/C. The next day they were there and installed our new A/C. Both technicians provided excellent service. they were knowledgeable, polite, cleaned after they finished and the unit works beautifully. The cost was also comparable to other companies. I recommend Husky as they are a very dependable company and their customer service is outstanding.

    Air Conditioning

    I had a new air conditioning unit installed at my home recently. I called a sales rep at Husky and we set up an appointment within two days. The sales rep Dimitri set up an appointment for 9 a.m. and the two installers, Francisco Garrido and Rafael Alza were punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. They made the experience a very pleasant one. Because it was a high efficiency unit the government rebate is being handled by Husky and I should receive it in approximately 3 months. Everything has gone smoothly and I appreciate it.

    Heat & Air conditioning

    Disappointed and let down by my long term carrier during a heat wave, Husky stepped up to the plate and hit a home run! From my phone call to Dimitri , who coordinated the energy audit and prompt install by Sam & Ali. The installers did a great job. I would recommend this team to others.

    Air Conditioning & Furnace Replacement

    After receiving a quote from our a/c company who mysteriously found 2 leaks 2 weeks after we had our a/c maintenance, I was quoted $10, 400 by them for a new a/c unit and furnace. A friend recommended Husky, and told me to speak to Dimitri. He gave me a phone quote for $7300, minus $2100 in rebates. This brought it down to exactly half of what we'd been quoted. Nobody mentioned rebates from the first company. Dimitri came over an hour after I called, stuck to his quote and booked the following Monday (this was a Thursday). I said I had to be out of the house at 9:00 am. No problem, he said. He'd get the gas company to come at 8:30 am to check the old furnace, and his a/c and furnace guys would come 15 minutes later. And THEY DID!!! Both Francesco and Raul were amazing. They were polite, helpful, and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. THIS is our new a/c and furnace company forever!

    Quick Response with Clear Information

    I replaced my furnace last year and my A/C this time through Husky. The reason I chose Husky was that Husky is the service provider working with Costco. Because I trust the quality and price for the Costco product, I chose Husky after obtaining several quotes from other service providers. The sales representative always quickly responded either on the phone or by email with clear information such as model numbers, prices, features and warranty. The technicians for the installation of the furnace and A/C were punctual, nice and did a great job, and they cleaned up everything in their working areas after completing their job. So far so great! I hope the Lennox furnace and A/C will perform without annoying troubles as long as they can.

    Air Condition installation

    I made a deal with a fellow by the name of Dimitri. The whole contract was done via telephone on May29/16. The installation was made on June1/16 by 2 men{ SAm&Ali. Very professional. I am very satisfied. Thank You.

    Air Conditioning Installation

    Husky were on time, did a great job installing the new air conditioner and their price was very competitive compared with other dealer in the downtown Toronto area. Thanks for a great job!

    Furnace Renewal

    The technicians came in and installed the furnace in less than 7 hours. They were on-time and very friendly. Sam and Ali went above and beyond their duties to make sure that everything works well and gave all the necessary information to us about the product they installed for us. I extremely recommend this company.
