Excellent, quick service from the time I called in the morning when I discovered the water spillage. I got a person when I called. She arranged a visit and the whole thing was fixed in about 2 hours. Thank you again Husky. We really recommend your service. (and we have had other providers which did not even come for a few days)

I purchased a new furnace from Husky about a year ago. The pricing of the suggested furnace was much lower from the competitors, the installation was done, to my request - immediately and at the same day the house was warm again. I had an issue with my gas few month later. I called the service, they came, found the furnace is OK and helped me to identify what is wrong with the gas. They have not charged for this service. Calling for a service is easy and you don't need to hold hours just to speak with a person. The service guys are knowledgeable and helpful.

When our home air conditioner failed to function during this summer I called Husky Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote after being recommended by friends of ours who had previously used their services. I have never replaced an air conditioning unit for a home before so I first did some research on the current products on the market. When I called Husky I spoke with Dmitri and found that he was really knowledgeable on the current products and models available and he took his time in explaining which ones would be best for my home and helped me make the right decision with no pressure. I found the installers who came on the day (Jenissie and Derek) very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They have a very good work ethic and their experience shows in the work they do. They also provided me good recommendations on the placement of the new AC unit as it was slightly larger than my previous unit. The work was completed quickly without any issues, all work areas were cleaned up and old items were removed from my home. If you are looking for a Heating & Air Conditioning contractor I think you will find that working with the team at Husky will be a very positive experience. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future. Update 14th September 2019 I called the team Husky again for a quote furnace and fireplace service. My furnace and fireplace had not been serviced for a while and I wanted peace of mind ahead of winter. I spoke with Victoria when I called who was very helpful, answered all my questions and set up an appointment for one of their techicians to do the work. Dave was the technician that arrived on the day and professionally carried out the required service work. I was provided with a report which had a breakdown of the work that was done and a checklist of all the tests that were performed. Again, I am happy with the work performed by the team at Husky and recommend their services. They are definitely my go to people now for all matters related Heating and Air Conditioning.

Husky really helped us to evaluate the best value AC to replace the one that unexpectedly died. Dmitri (the owner) was really knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros/cons with the various makes/models. The installers (Jenissie & Junel) were very professional with their work. They laid out a drop cloth on our hardwood floor to make sure it wouldn't get damaged nor dirty. My wife asked them a few questions during their installation and they were really good in answering them. Thank you for a job well done & your professionalism.

I initially called for a quote on a ductless system, not realizing I could attach a system to my furnace at a much better price. No other company I called suggested it! Dimitri educated me and helped me chose a good system. We live in an old east end home with double brick walls and Dimitri said they were very familiar with all types of homes and it should be no problem. The job could have been done for less but I chose a Lennox system which was priced a little higher. The service was top notch. Two very courteous men arrived (Edyn and his assistant) exactly on time and proceeded to install the unit. All I did was sit upstairs in case thy needed anything. They cleaned up beautifully. And now we have air conditioning! Thank you so much Husky. (We also really like that they have 24/7 service)
