Back patio
Chris was one of the quotes I received and not the cheapest but the most professional and reassuring. His crew were efficient and polite and very helpful. I would use them again without hesitation.

Backyard and Porch Renovation, Interlock, Retaining wall, Fence
We had a relatively large project and contacted a number of companies for ideas and quotes. We had used Homestar to identify contractors and saw Iberia and all the wonderful reviews. We fully agree with all the reviews. Once Chris showed up, we knew we had our guy. He was very professional, had a lot of great ideas and worked within our budget. The work started on the day that was planned and it took 2 weeks as planned. There were no price increases or design changes and the team was able to resolve unforeseen issues quickly. Chris was onsite every day to oversee the work and provide us with progress updates. They were very clean and even our neighbor had positive comments. We have the backyard of our dream and I would definitely hire Chris and Iberia again for our future projects.

Interlocking stone entry pathway and Bana stone treatment for front entry
I cannot reco Chris / Iberia enough! Chris took the time to estimate the project accurately, and his team's service was exceptional. They took the time to walk us through the project's steps, and educate us on what they were doing as we got underway. They delivered an exceptional project on time, and within budget. I reco Iberia enthusiastically!

Parking pad and retaining wall
Chris and his crew from Iberia did an amazing job installing our parking pad and retaining wall in Bloor West Village. He addressed all of our questions and concerns immediately, and in a respectful manner, and was a pleasure to work with. Moreover, Iberia did solid work -- efficient, clean and high quality. I would definitely recommend this company.

New retaining wall
Iberia Landscape replaced a 20 ft section of my side lot retaining wall. This required removing an old railroad tie wall that was falling apart. The job also required them to do most of the work from my neighbour's yard. This was such a good job. The construction was excellent . It will last forever -- and it looks great, too. And -- although by its nature this was quite a messy job -- when Iberia left my neighbour's yard it looked just as it did before the job began -- no mess at all. I really appreciated that. Thank you Iberia!

Exceptional Landscaping Job!
We used Iberia to strip our entire corner weed-overgrown property , lay down sod, and create a patio of beautiful stone. The Iberia team was a pleasure to deal with and completed the job incredibly quickly. My wife and I were impressed overall and would encourage others to use this firm for their landscaping needs.

Backyard Patio, Garden&Front Entrance Brickwork
We had priced our project with two other companies. While Chris was competitively priced, it was his helpful, confident personality that sealed the deal for us. It was a difficult project as all the backyard demolition and construction materials had to be brought up stairs and through the house. He did not flinch at the proposal and all proceeded smoother than we could have hoped for. We would highly recommend Chris and his fine crew to anyone we know. His staff was very helpful and professional. All timelines were met and exceeded. We look forward to enjoying his work for years to come.

Fence, gate and patio replacement.
Iberia did a fantastic job for us relaying our patio with Brussels block and building a new backyard fence and gate. The work was meticulously done and the crew was polite and efficient. The job was done quickly. The crew cleaned up beautifully every day after they finished work. They also went above and beyond making sure that the garden path was at the same level as the new patio. They also built the fence with a cut out to accommodate a tree that encroaches upon the fence line. It looks terrific and we are very happy.

Walkway replacement
We had reached out to Chris a few years ago to quote the replacement of our 1950's concrete front entrance walkway and interlocking brick walkway and staircase to the backyard. Due to an unforeseen priority home improvement, we had to put this project on hold. We were very impressed that when we contacted Chris again last year that he honoured his previous quotation. The things we liked: - he presented us with options to full out replace the then current brickwork and also and the option to remove and relay it for cost-savings - We were really impressed (surprised) that instead of a superficial removal of the existing materials and leveling out the ground, the team dug a huge trench and filled it so the project would sustain over time. - We were provided with a clear outline of what was included in the contract - They worked efficiently - the project didn't drag on They take pride in their work so you know that your project is important to them.

Backyard Landscaping
We had Iberia come to remove our old patio stones, old fencing, some cedar bushes, put down a base and move our shed, as well as install a new fence and patio. We chose them based on their homestars reviews and luckily we were not disappointed! They were great to deal with for the whole process. Chris came out to do the quote and managed the project. The crew that actually did the work were great - they were polite, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. All the work was done in one week - they didn't waste any time! We are very happy with the end result. The patio looks great and we were finally able to enjoy our backyard. Several months after the work was done we realized that we had made a poor design choice - we planted sod where the dryer vented to. All the grass in the area was dead and looked terrible. I sent a note to Chris and they came back to fix the area with some pea gravel and a large patio stone. I'm annoyed we made the design error in the first place (which was our fault - we chose the patio design), but am pleasantly surprised that they came back to help fix the problem! We would definitely recommend them.
