Landscaping, Storage, Interlocking Stone
I used Iberia Landscape based on all of the positive reviews on HomeStars and was very pleased with their work. From the first visit, Chris provided great suggestions for the work I wanted done and understood what my end goal was. He provided a detailed description and quote for each of my 8 projects I wanted done. His crew was friendly and kept the work area clean and contained. They dug out under my front porch and created a great storage area for my garbage bins and other seasonal storage items. They fixed the pavement on my driveway, my front uneven concrete stairs to beautiful interlocking stone, rebuilt by backyard fence that was falling into a shared driveway, leveled my front yard due to water pipe replacement and install new sod, and supplied new gravel for my parking spot. I will definitely use Iberia in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Front/ Side Patio and Driveway
We hired Iberia Landscape Services to deal with our front porch and side patio. The concrete was old, uneven and cracking. When Chris arrived for the estimate he was early - always a good sign! He was able to keep the existing concrete structure and lay flagstone over top rather than ripping it up and building a new structure which would have been much more expensive. He hired Iberia Landscape Services in the fall to begin work in the spring. As early as March, Chris contacted me to let me know he was able to begin the work within a week. He met with us at the stone yard to help us select the appropriate flagstone and pavers. Throughout the entire process, Chris was very helpful and able to answer any questions we may have had for him. Since the crew was there anyway, we ask about adding to the project and fixing a retaining wall. That was not a problem. During the project, the foreman and the workers were exceptional. They would often show up by 8 am and stayed until at least 6pm. Even on rainy days if there was work to be done, they did as much as possible. The team is clearly hardworking and well-managed. It was an absolute pleasure to have them work on this project. They were very efficient and the entire project took only a couple of weeks - and about 3 of those days were unworkable due to very heavy rain. The payment structure is clear and fair. We were satisfied with the price we paid for this project. The end result is beautiful and we are always getting compliments. The workmanship is very good and I feel secure in the knowledge that it will last for years to come.

Front landing, stairs, walkway
Look no further for a company to do your stone work. Right from beginning with all our dealings with Chris, to the exceptional work of Nelson and Don on site, there was nothing but a professional attitude and work ethic each and every day. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was never enough for Nelson to just put down the stone; he always took the time to consider the orientation of the piece he was placing. It was such a pleasure to watch people who take pride in the job they do and who show craftsmanship and artistry. If this is the kind of company you're looking for, then I highly recommend Iberia Landscape Services.

A facelift for our Backyard
We have a large tree in the backyard and it has been hard to maintain a healthy lawn. We decided to take out a large portion of the grass. Chris came and gave us good advice and a very reasonable quote. Our backyard has been transformed into a beautiful yard with 2 large patio areas, a large flower bed and a small lawn area. Chris and his team were very professional and courteous.

Old Backyard gone, New Backyard hello
I found Chris and the team on Homestars. We had 3 contractors come quote the job, From the moment I met Chris to the last day of the job he and his team was very accommodating, easy to deal with, and very friendly. And they work very fast - from early morning until 6pm. The old backyard from previous owners was not as kid friendly as we wanted - we decided to rip away all the previous interlock, planting and replace the back fence to open up a gate to the park. Now we have a wonderful backyard with hedge ceders in place of the back fence, beautiful new interlock patio area, and much more room for kids to play with their friends on new grass. Wonderful addition with a storage area under the deck that never existed and a nice clean up to the walkways on both entrances to the backyard. As we approached the last day of the project, we decided to make a slight change which I felt bad about but it didn't seem this way to Iberia. When I came home, the guys were gone and the job was completed as we asked. I would highly recommend Iberia to anyone looking for a professional experience and great bunch of guys to deal with.

Walkway and Patio Installation
Chris' team built a patio and walkway in front and along the side of the house, and they repaired stonework on the front steps. I'm thrilled with the result. The team was professional in every respect; work quality was outstanding and the team consulted with me along the way, showing much respect for my input. All this and the price was competitive.

Made backyard kid friendly
Chris came over to assess our backyard as it was overgrown with vines and not conducive to our needs as we have 2 little kids. He made very good suggestions and was very honest about what would be be best for our needs. Chris was ver prompt in emailing me with a quote that I found to be very fair. The job was scheduled and done very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again for future landscaping jobs.

Interlocking Stone, Steps and Retaining Walls
Iberia met or exceeded all of our expectation. The communication with Chris was great, they came when they said they would, the crew on site was great to have around and when we had a minor issue Chris was there the next morning and corrected it right away. Overall, we are very pleased and will be seeking Iberia out for some additional landscaping work this year.

Front stairs and front yard lanscaping
We were giving their number by a common friend and it was a great choice! After meeting with Frank on a saturday, we left it up to him to come up with a design for our front yard and stairs to our porch. He suggested some interlock to compliment the yard design. It was a fantastic experience. Great workmanship, highest quality, and the pricing was very fair! :)

Completed leveling of backyard and sodding. Great flagstone work on front stairs of the house
Just wanted to take a few moments and thank Chris and all his staff at Iberia Landscaping. It was so refreshing to be able to deal with a company that actually provides what they promise and at the rate that is quoted. Our project had started out with another Company which turned out to be a nightmare. Luckily we had heard about Iberia and made the call. From the moment we placed our call to Iberia and spoke to Chris our project took on another life and was everything we had envisioned. Chris and his staff met all our expectations and went above and beyond what was discussed. Chris’s team began the work on our project on the day which was arranged and completed the project ahead of schedule. Staff was very professional cleaning up every night before going home. We definitely will have Chris and his staff coming back this summer once all the snow melts to design our front yard and driveway. Thank you so much Iberia. Steve and Penny.
