Hello Dave! I would like to say that slow and steady wins the race, but that certainly doesn't apply to stock cars nor does it apply to the speed at which an estimate should be delivered. With that said, I'll start with a big THANK YOU for keeping Insta in the race for your spray foam project, and apologize for our faulty start! Your account of your experience with Alex, our owner, as your spray foam installer is quite comical - thank you for the chuckle! As you discovered, Alex can be quite entertaining and enjoys the spot light, but as you also learned, behind the scenes he is all business with laser focus on delivering as promised. This here's no "story 'bout Billy Joe and Bobby Sue", Alex may live vicariously to Steve Miller Band's "Take the Money and Run" during his racing trials, but never when it comes to performing for his customers - you may even have trouble getting him to leave! :) Dave, thanks so much for choosing us to help with the insulation project in your garage!
