Insta-Insulation was very organized and easy to deal with. We were happy with their first quote and booked their services! There was an issue for their truck to find parking on our street in the morning so they came back in the afternoon to complete the job. They covered the floors and respected our home. Our attic opening is super small and we are amazed their employee could fit in to complete the job. We received the paid invoice by email and they even mailed a hard copy for our records. Very impressed with the company and would recommend their services.

My son's room was very cold & our inspector said we could upgrade our insulation. I called a few insulation companies, but I'm sure glad I chose Insta. They provided excellent customer service. The crew were on time and they cleaned everything. A + 1 company...congrats!

Hello Alex, We just received your thank you note and I want to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate your staff, particularly our sales rep Tom McGhee. My husband was hesitant to go with spray foam once he realized how much more it cost over traditional batt insulation, and I had my concerns over horror stories I found on the Internet about poorly applied foam. Tom was able to convince my husband about the benefits of investing in foam and assure us that we were dealing with the right foam installation company by providing multiple documentation and research. We were very impressed with the professional and courteous staff we encountered in the scheduling and performance of application. Tom was right there to make make sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire process and follow up. Even our building inspector commented on the high quality of the job done. We would not hesitate to recommend your company's services and to ask for Tom to look after them.

The job was completed as per the quote. The crew on each day was excellent. James was the name of the lead person, he was here for all three days and he and the other guys were excellent, They were friendly and took all precautions to protect our home and contents. I can't say enough good things about them and I certainly will recommend you to everyone I talk to about what you and your crew did for us. Thanks Insta for a job well done!

Bruce Halladay gave us the best advice on spraying our exterior walls and interior cold cellar. WALLTITE ECO is the product used which exceeds the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada. Knowing the best products were used and at a very reasonable price is awesome. The job was completed as quoted and the crew was wonderful and we would highly recommend your company to our family and friends.

Bruce came down to our home, was very professional, and personable. His experience in the area was extensive, and he provided us with a well-detailed estimate and explanation of their services. We had our attic cleaned out completely, then 2 inches of spray foam applied to our ceiling and exhaust vents, followed by new blown in cellulose. The crew was great, on time, efficient, respectful to our home, and finished the job on time in 3 consecutive days. Customer service over the phone was exemplary, and I felt very appreciated. We are very happy with the end results, I will use them again when I insulate my garage.

Insta-Insulation has been a pleasure to deal with. My home is 35 years old and the attic insulation was in poor condition. The sales person (Bruce) was very professional. He explained all the options and costs very clearly. The installation crew were second to none! The crew called ahead to confirm their arrival time. They had all the materials needed to get the job finished in a timely matter. From drop cloths to ridge vents, they took great care in doing the job well! In a nutshell, everything was great, the crew were on time, friendly, courteous, clean, and quick. I would recommend to others. When I get around to renovating the rest of my house, you'll get a call for the insulation portion of that as well. Great job Insta!

We contacted other companies...some never returned our phone calls or emails, some showed up more then 45 minutes late if they showed up at all, some didn't break down the estimate like we asked....even when we asked more then once. Insta-Insulation from the beginning was GREAT!! The sales rep we had (Jeremy) was awesome. He answered all our questions and when our project encountered a few obstacles he was fabulous with providing suggestions on how to make it work. The gentlemen that came out and did the job (Chris & James) arrived early, were great to deal with and made sure we were happy with the job before they left. And last but not least...the ladies we dealt with when it came to booking & rescheduling, as well as payment were also fabulous. We plan on using Insta-Insualtion again when we work on the next part of our house. We have already recommended Insta-Insulation to our neighbours who are having spray foam done at their house next week.
